Got to experience the amazingness of Big Melch when he brought his food truck out to Big Inlet Brewing. He by far had the best ribs we have ever tasted. The mac n cheese is fabulous too!! Highly recommend to anyone!!!!

Best BBQ we've had around here! The smoky flavor, tender meat and beans are phenomenal! The ribs were cooked perfectly and very meaty! Good prices and friendly service! I would love to see a family deal! A pile of meat without the sandwich and a large side maybe?!? Either way, my whole family enjoyed it and we will definitely be back! I highly recommend!

After a long day of fishing, the ribs, mac n cheese & bacon beans from Big Melch's hit the spot! The dry rubbed meat was so tender and delicious. We tasted the chili too and wow! So impressed. Will definately be going back.

Stopped by for a quick takeout dinner. Oh my!! Amazing brisket, ribs and Bacn Beans. This Yankee Texan was very much impressed. Bonus..Big Melch is a heck of a nice guy and the food truck is in the parking lot of my old digs, Copy Boy!! I bet he didn't realize he was serving a former Copy Goddess !! Lol. Give this place a try!! Seriously good!!
