Good food, great drinks, and fantastic atmosphere! Family friendly and welcoming - our waitress, Kennedy N, was an absolute DOLL. I would recommend to anyone in the area, especially if Kennedy is working. She is the epitome of a friendly face and great service.

Service was great. Very friendly and accommodating towards us.. Slight mixup on the bill in our favor but I got it corrected. I would definitely be stopping back when I’m in the the area again. .

Go there all the time but had a totally different experience tonight . My family was seated and no one came over to take our order was there 5:50-6:08 couldn’t even get a servers attention until we walked out and when I told the hostess we were leaving because 2 other tables had been seated and orders placed while we are still waiting, her reply was a happy “ok”!! Love the lunch wait staff, they are amazing and so attentive.

Be aware. When we decided to come to their Fredonia location tonight it was with some hesitation because we had a previous poor experience 3 weeks prior. I should have listened to my gut-feeling.
After ordering this time we had to wait 40+ minutes for our food to arrive. (Like the time before) It came to our table cold and my wifes meal of fish was still raw. She lost her appetite after she tried it, then realizing the problem. The waitress immediately took it back. She asked if they could make another for her but we were not willing to wait another 45 minutes for substandard food. The kids meal of mac and cheese looks like it came out of a off brand box and was also cold. The overall quality here is not even close to the Jamestown location. It's as if they were run by 2 different companies.
It wasn't a busy night. There were people who came in 20 minutes after we were there, who had their food 5 minutes later than us. I thought after we walked out maybe the cook must have taken his smoke break while our order was to be prepared and decided to look at the back of the building in public view. IT WAS DISGUSTING. Looks like a dump crashed into a cigarette vendor.

All around awful experience. Poor service, poor food and they have no idea how to make a Cosmo. The fish was nasty, (worst I have ever eaten) Cole slaw was basically shredded cabbage on the plate. Worst dinner out in a long time.

Our food was great and so was our server, Damien! He created a great experience for us and was very patient and kind. We hope we have him as a server next time we come in!

I love getting the Buffalo quesadilla when I go here! The only time I will go to this restaurant is during lunch on the weekdays. Jeri is absolutely amazing and super friendly and personable!!! I've been a few times for dinner and wasn't as happy with service as I am with lunch time. I usually only go when I know Jeri is working!

Stopped here for lunch and we ordered the steakhouse burger and the granny smith apple burger, fries, tater tots, and a side of coleslaw. We were STARVING and we still couldn't finish it all, so a great value. The absolute best burger I've ever had (both of them; not just the toppings, but the burger itself was so delicious and perfectly cooked), the tater tots were extra crispy, and fries were great too. I'm picky about my coleslaw and it was really good too. Geri, our server, was fantastic, too. We will be back next time we drive through!

First time in this location, with family and friends. Such a cool experience not just the atmosphere but our server Damien was a rock star. His knowledge of the menu was top notch and his interaction with us mixed with his high quality service made our night truly enjoyable. This is my new Buddy's lication!
