This one has gone downhill FAST. They literally have no one that cares working there now. Food quality has gone down and the service is even worse! Management should be ashamed, she shouldn't be coming out to give me my food and ripping her vape (yes this was the manager)

The chicken is cheap.
The bacon was dried out cardboard. They slept on so much Mayonnaise to hide the flavor of the poor food quality.

Last three times the double whopper with cheese and bacon,was single no cheese no bacon . Once in a while would be ok. But 3 times in a row. We're always charged for a double w)cheese and bacon. And it's not $10 bill anymore$28 and change for whopper jr with cheese med meal ,double whopper bacon meal lg. 4 small poppers and there was no dipping sauce for those.

The best of the true fast food joints. I love their royal crispy wraps and their chicken fries. Decently priced. Usually have an overall pleasant experience with Burger King.

Very dirty very poorly ran fryers never clean everything there just ain't right should be shut down or maybe hire real employees that want to better your establishment

Get the order correct. At a minimum, read the order. Bacon and cheese on the Jr Duo. Not a single piece of bacon and no cheese but thanks for the upcharge

If I could give zero stars, I would first of all took over 30 minutes for my boyfriend to get his order through the drive-through and then they provided him with a vegan burger instead of a bacon king which is really different , When I call the store, the manager informed me that I should hurry up and call my boyfriend back so he can turn around when we live 20 miles away. Then she told me I needed to provide the receipt which was never provided to us therefore, I can’t even make a formal complaint on the Burger King app because I have no numbers from receipt , or proof of purchase . When we called to get corporate number, this woman had the audacity to tell us to google the number I don’t know what that customer service. This is ridiculous. She wouldn’t provide her name 1017 2024 was the date at 1210 pm So whoever is working that day really needs a retraining with customer service skills cause I’m not gonna drive 20 miles to get a replacement burger because I have to provide her with the first burger to get a refund. This is bull.
Like the whoppers and cheeseburgers. Miss the apple pie and Jalopeno bites.

I pre-ordered online in hopes of getting my food quick. I sat in the drive through line for over 1/2 hour, only for them to tell me to pull forward. This wait time is unexceptionable. Everyone comes to a place like this for quick service.
