It's a chilly winter night in Fredonia, NY. The year is 2023. A hungry couple, in dire need of sustenance, decided on a whim that fast food was the best option for dinner. The couple (one a vegetarian, the other a meat-lover), ordered their food, took their first bite... and entered the pearly gates of heaven. All this to say, that after our visit to NY almost two years ago at this Burger King location, I--the vegetarian of the duo--have refused time and time again to eat at any other Burger King location. For two year, dear readers, I've been in a choke hold of epic proportions because the food was just that darn good. I will return....

This one has gone downhill FAST. They literally have no one that cares working there now. Food quality has gone down and the service is even worse! Management should be ashamed, she shouldn't be coming out to give me my food and ripping her vape (yes this was the manager)

The lady here at this place saw I was having an issue with my order because it went to the wrong burger king that was an hour away and she fully compensated my meal, she was awesome too.

The chicken is cheap. The bacon was dried out cardboard. They slept on so much Mayonnaise to hide the flavor of the poor food quality. Quality

Last three times the double whopper with cheese and bacon,was single no cheese no bacon . Once in a while would be ok. But 3 times in a row. We're always charged for a double w)cheese and bacon. And it's not $10 bill anymore$28 and change for whopper jr with cheese med meal ,double whopper bacon meal lg. 4 small poppers and there was no dipping sauce for those.
