I used to work here, but they let me go because I didn't know my way around the Fredonia campus quick enough. I called & placed an order a few months later and I paid with card but told the manager that I'd pay in cash for the tip and I heard her say in the background while laughing, “Sure you will.” And so I ended up paying $4.00 in a cash tip, resulting in me getting added to the do not serve list.

20 minute wait on a batch of calzones, pretty good inside eating. Plan for where to park ahead of time as Main St gets full midday.

The only time anyone ever buys Calios is when you're so drunk your friends have the ambulance on speed dial. It's not something enjoyable while sober, but after a few shots of tequila and a few hours of self hate and depression naps, nothing quite hits the spot like a $10 pile of trash food to really get you back on track (yeah right).

Horrible customer services. I had called and some guy answered it then when I was talking he had told me to “wait a sec” then they had hung up on me. After that I called about 8 times and no one answer all it did was go to straight voicemail.

My roommate and I placed an online order around 1am for delivery and accidentally fell asleep before it was supposed to arrive, so we called the place the next day to ask if there was any way for us to get either a refund or a replacement. I was forwarded to the manager, who very rudely told me that our order was for pickup (it wasn't), and that she wasn't going to reimburse us in any way because she didn't want to "eat the cost" of making the calzone. So basically, she made us "eat the cost" by not offering us any compensation for the money we spent. Acted extremely unprofessionally, yelling & interrupting my roommate and I over the phone over a simple misunderstanding. P.s. she used the term "eat the cost" about 20 times

First, only delivered half the order, waited another hour and then got the wrong order. Might I add, still had to pay full price.

I just called 5 minutes ago and all I did was ask if they had garlic bread and what price the calzones were. This girl says "I think you need to go look at our menu because you obviously don't know what we have here." I've worked in food service before, and if my manger found me speaking to a customer that way I would be fired on the spot. Terrible service experience.
