Lena's Pizza, Subs & Wings

The first and last time I will order from the Westfield location, I ordered a sub, there was literally a strand of black hair in the roll, it was stuck in the ROLL! Lost my appetite. Never again!

Ordered pizza and wings to be ready for 7:30 pm. Pick up because delivery wasn’t available. Got ex large pizza and bucket of wings! This order was the best we ever had. It was outstanding!! Cooked to perfection! Ready on time! Can’t say enough about Lena’s in Fredonia!!❤️❤️

I ordered a LG pizza & bread sticks. First time they came burnt...2nd time pizza almost burnt & bread sticks paper thin & hard like crackers. Um... not buying there again. Huge disappointment & waste of money.

I been going here for year and up till now the pizza was best in town. Now I can’t say that anymore. With my orders getting messed up over and over again and the taste of the pizza has become poor. It taste just like Blazedell pizza. Greasy and bland. Please bring back the old flavors and make it less greasy.

I ordered a pizza sub and fried mushrooms as a side. The sub wasn't cooked, toasted or warned up & had very few of the toppings I requested, the cheese wasn't melted. An uncooked pizza sub? I didn't eat the pizza sub, however the mushrooms were delish and plentiful!

Ordered a pizza and cheese sticks. Went 15 min early to be sure my in my 3 minute drive home they would still be hot. Get it home and it was all cold. Obviously they were not hot when they gave them to me. How they were able to achieve that one is beyond me. Not happy with them for that kind of money!

Ordered at 9 Pm. Went to pick up order in the 45 minute expected time to be ready and was already closed. They were supposed to be open for another 10 minutes. Extremely upset about the entire situation!! We were at the Fredonia Hockey game with the team assistant captain and now he is at home after playing his heart out, hungry and frustrated. Very poor service!!!

Ordered there first time and food was actually good. Following week wanted it again called at 8:50 since closes at 10PM for large and 20. Phone rang and rang. Decided to drive down arrived at 9:05 doors locked and people just ignored me inside. Called other location and kid hung up on me. It's a shame cause they would have had a good customer and now I would never go back or recommend.

Order the cheesy pepperoni pizza got up cheese pizza but they comped me for a free pizza next time I ordered

DONT EAT HERE!!! Ordered here the other night and as I’m looking around I thought the place looked so disgusting and dirty.Just came across a Facebook post where for months they have had backed up sewer ALLLL over the basement and it’s leaking up into the vents so bad one employee is sick from it…..if it’s dirty where customers can see can’t imagine the horrors being closed doors.Not to mention the pizza tastes like flavorless cardboard.

Decent food. Employees are not the most hygienic. It is very often that I had to wait over a hour past my estimated pickup time.

Wow, this place used to have energy and look busy! Ate here Saturday night and it was a mistake. I'm not sure the pizza dough was proofed properly, the crust was crumby, with no flavor and it seemed like the recipe had changed. The pizza was over-sauced as well, which did help to make up for the crust. I wasn't even sure if the staff fully took our order, seemed like they were half asleep. asked for some items at the table to eat with, and they came out when we were packing up to go. I hardly ever write bad reviews but this place has gone downhill quick. Focus seems more on opening new restaurants at the expense of the ones you already had...
