i asked for a large sweet tea with very little ice and the girl loaded my cup with ice and showed attitude for it because she could visually see that’s not what i asked for. we also watched her mess up another drink and throw it away. we got a bills mafia box and asked for sauces and got none, even though it was a 20 pc nugget WITH fries and no dipping sauce, along with a smart ass look. then we got cold fries that were a mix of soggy and harder than rock, and 1 pickle in each burger. i am understanding, but the service from the girl at the window was very rude and unprofessional. (9/1/25; around 5:25 pm). i hope this young lady improves her behavior in work places, or she will struggle in the real world.

The night shift hispanic manager & his crew are extremely wonderful employees. Very respectful, professional, patient & caring. I have never been to a mcdonalds where the employees actually care about their customers. It is so annoying to hear, “anything else” with attitude as if it bothered the employees that you keep adding food to your order. But not this crew! Want great service & fresh food? Come to McDonalds in Fredonia NY late night. If anyone deserves a raise it is this manager & his crew! Excellent service.

Placed an order on the app and headed inside to pick up. Found man taking orders and bagging food was working his tail off while another worker leaned on the food/expedite area. Two workers were on lap tops on the dining room while the grill/food prep lady was short tempered and mouthy. It took nearly 10 minutes to get two bacon egg and cheese biscuits. Unfortunately the biscuits were bland and the bacon was chewy.

Not been to a McDonalds in years, so I was surprised to have to order via a big touch screen. It was Okay once we'd worked out how it worked. It went pretty quick and we took our number. Then the problem appeared. Fast ordering. Slow delivery. There were lots of people waiting, and waiting, and waiting. It took 10 minutes for our order to be brought over. What happened to Fast Food, MacDonalds? The food was not what I remembered. Chewy buns and inconsistent fries (length color, quality). We'd have stopped at Burger King, which is much better in general but they were closed being remodeled. It'll be a few more years before we eat at MacDonalds again!

I went in to order a cheeseburger and I have never been so disappointed and disgusted by the things I discovered under my burger bun dreams. A stiff hamburger awaited my presence but it gets worse. On top of that was a slice of cheese. Not just any cheese though, orange cheese, I repeat ORANGE CHEESE. The service was pretty poor and a cleaning kid did not clean a single table there only cleaned the trashcan, a DoorDash advertisement and he flirted with girls, he was about as useful as a left handed hammer. Very odd and poor McDonald’s. Don’t go.

Easily the worst McDonald’s I’ve visited to date. Waited a half hour in the drive through line, just for them to hand me the wrong bag of food, when I got mine it was of course wrong, the whole time water was falling in my car at a staggering rate from the overhang of the drive through window. Don’t waste your time/money here.
Food tasted like it had been cooked and put under a light for hours! We had to pull up and wait for our food,and it was Nasty!! First window ,nobody was running it and no sigh up saying it was closed. Cars just sitting waiting..
