Its rare they get the order right. This time (the last straw) we ordered a chicken panini and their was maybe 3 small pieces of chicken on the whole thing. The drinks are always lava hot and the staff is rude.

Food was ok. The cashier is soo rude and doesn’t welcome people properly. As if she is forced to work. That wasn’t welcoming at all, she speaks with an attitude. I wish you can address that because such person is the face of the coffee shop.

I used to love Tim Hortons, but each store in my area has been very inconsistent on the way they make their drinks. I can order the same drink (which is saved in my favorites) from any of the nearby Timmys and each will be a different quality. All of the stores in my area are owned by the same people and when speaking to the owner on one occasion I was treated very rudely. They are forever out of items and or the machines are broke down. The latest breakdown was the expresso machine. Time to start saving money instead of throwing it away on poor quality drinks and food. This review covers the the Bennett Rd, Vineyard Rd locations in Dunkirk/ Fredonia as well as the Westfield NY location

The guys running the drive thru and prepping my hazelnut croissant absolutely made my day! My large order was all perfectly accurate right down to my custom requests and given to me by a super friendly guy in bunny ears. Amazing experience especially on Easter! Thank you!

I was in there about 9am today, and this nice lady wanted to give me a free donut and an older gentleman her coworker asked me for the donut back and threw it in the garbage in my face. Super rude and will not be back at this location!!!!

One night I didn’t get home til 2 am since we were watching football at my sisters house with all my siblings. My sisters boyfriend woke me up Monday morning cuz this sister lives at my house still (she’s 18) and he knew I wasn’t very awake so we went to Tim Hortons! I got a large vanilla iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The coffee was my life support that day! I highly recommend Tim Hortons coffee if you need caffeine that day
It's the best coffee ever. Doughnuts are very good.
