The food is always good, however 9 out of 10 times my order is wrong. We i place my order it comes up correct on the screen, but I've learned to check everything prior to leaving the window to make sure it's correct and like I said most of the time it's not.

I have no clue how staff can mess up so often or so bad as this one. Never have i seen such incompetence. Spend your money else where do not bother with these people.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE They had some idiot who didn't they were doing yesterday got a cappuccino that wasn't fully mixed and today got one half full. Do not go here we have problems almost every order. We have gotten paninis with like 4 pieces of chicken and even have been handed incorrect doughnuts. Every order it is always something.
Its rare they get the order right. This time (the last straw) we ordered a chicken panini and their was maybe 3 small pieces of chicken on the whole thing. The drinks are always lava hot and the staff is rude.

Food was ok. The cashier is soo rude and doesn’t welcome people properly. As if she is forced to work. That wasn’t welcoming at all, she speaks with an attitude. I wish you can address that because such person is the face of the coffee shop.

They can't take an order and get it correct. Almost every time I have ordered SWEET ice tea, they don't add the sugar. How hard is it to get right? Enough to piss you off!
