I go through the drive through every morning. I order the same thing every morning. This morning I ordered 2 pumpkin spice muffins as usual and I got hot chocolate muffins instead. The service is always good, the staff is always friendly. I am always happy with the food too, except this morning
Me and my family were on vacation and heard a lot of great reviews about Tim Hortins. The location in Dunkirk was really different vs the location in Fredonia. First we are a family of 5 so our order was large . Secondly the woman taking our order couldn’t hear us . So to eliminate the confusion we came inside the woman

There was a bit of mix-up with our order. Yes, they offered to remake it, but I was running late and just let it go. It was busy, but not overly so, and I was a bit disappointed. I'll consider it an off day, as we usually get excellent service.
