The BLT with avocado and aioli was delicious! They use high quality ingredients. The restaurant is neat, clean, and cozy. Good service. They acknowledge customers before they can get to them.

I have been coming here for years. I moved away for a couple years and when I came back I saw the store was remodeled and honestly it killed the vibe. There use to be a nice rustic feel, but with all the white paint it feels like a landlord discovered the minimalist tag on pintrest, but I digress. The best thing on the menu ise to be their creamy potato soup, but I feel as though they changed the recipe slightly. It is not as good as before the remodel. Also it is inconsistant. There are times where it is incredible, and times where it is very liquidy and flavorless. However, their pizza is incredible. I have yet to have anything with red sauce, but their pistachio pizza is some of the best pizza I have ever had.Lastly my biggest complaint is their hours.Again before the remodel they closed at 7pm. Granted that could also be a covid thing, but being that this is the only true cafe in the town, it is a shame that they close at 4pm. I rave about their pizza to my friends and family, only to disapoint them to tell them they cant order it for dinner.

Cute atmosphere. But prices have gotten much higher. Not as many mushrooms in tomato mushroom soup as before. I find the baked goods dry. It may because they sit out uncovered.Parking: No meters on weekends and after 5:00. Free lot but can be hard to find a spot.

Took a motorcycle trip to Canada back in October and stopped in to take a break from the road and to warm up. This was bar none, hands down the best tomato soup I've ever had. The staff was very friendly and efficient and didn't bat an eye when I went back for another soup.

Friendly atmosphere, adorable place with just good food. Save some room for dessert and or coffee or tea . Large portions. Yum!

The star of the show is the delicious food! Excellent service, I also adored the cafe set-up. It was busy when I went but the atmosphere was so nice that it made the experience refreshing. The breakfast sandwiches are huge, I ate half dining in and then got hungry on the way home!

Vegan gluten free cookies and vegan muffins are amazing and not expensive like other places. I appreciate the vegan & gf options. Cool atmosphere to hang out in too. The kind of oat milk they use sucks - hoping they'll switch. Wasn't a fan of the breakfast sandwich or burrito. Vegan burrito was good though

WARNING TO ALL VETERANS!!! Let me please tell you what happened: I went to the Upper Crust Bake House in Fredonia this past weekend when I went to see the musicians perform at the "Rockin' at the Commons" event. The musicians were excellent!! Anyway, I waited in line at the Upper Crust Bake House while the person at the register made it a point to explain everything to the customers, quite nicely, I might add. When it was my turn to make an order, the person at the register, said, quite abruptly, "I'll be with you in a few minutes". I figured "OK, it is sort of busy and she needs to tend to other orders for a minute or two". Well, this person made it a point to avoid me for a lot more than a minute or two, even to the point to assist the Barista on duty, while ignoring me with money in my hand. Finally the Barista, who was quite nice and respectful, took my order. So guess what? As soon as my order was over, the regular person at the register returns and starts to take care of customers behind me. Why would this happen??? The only reason why I think this would happen is because I was wearing a cap that said "US Army Veteran". If I am wrong, please correct me Upper Crust Bake House! I have no idea why I would garner such disrespect from an employee (or is it the owner) of the Upper Crust Bake House. I posted a review similar to this on Google Maps and it has been removed!! So I will go to other websites to explain my experience. Well, guess what "Karen the Veteran Hater", I served so you could have the right to be an asshole to any customer you want to. I certainly hope you will not treat any other veteran the same way. Respectfully submitted. Paul Monaco Veteran of the United States Army
