Food is disgusting. Half a cup of mayo on ur burger tasting like tartar sauce and a bold taste of lettuce. Very disturbing. Contacted wendys they don't pick up there voice mail is always full. Cant contact no one .Which says alot.

We asked for water and paid for it but didn't get bottled, tap water from Fredonia is a big no. Asked for ketchup packets and ranch and didn't get either. They had one job...

We went to this Wendy’s restaurant because there was barely anything open on a Sunday evening after church service. When we arrived, there was a wall length fireplace that looked pretty nice and the seating was kind of set up awkwardly in this restaurant. We went up to the front counter, and there was a girl running back-and-forth, putting things in bags one item at a time we realized she was doing multiple GrubHub or DoorDash orders. She barely greeted us and we waited a long time for her to take our order when we finally got our food. The food was subpar, even compared to other Wendy’s restaurants. We got a chicken asiago sandwich and when you tried to bite through it, it tasted like rubber, and there were parts in the middle of the chicken sandwich that were actually hard and uneditable. It also looked like the staff was uncleanly the girl in the front cut, touching her ear in her hair and never washing her hands.

The staff here really do not pay attention to what they re being told. We missed an order of fries and they tried to give me a burger that had been prepared with the wrong condiments. I told them it was wrong and they still tried to pass the order off to us as complete. I had to raise my voice to raise enough attention to myself so the manager finally came over.
The problems were rectified but not without an attitude from both the management and the individual who was working the grill.
The food generally is delicious but always, ALWAYS, physically inspect your order before you leave to avoid problems and attitude from the management.

I got a taco salad tonight. Cannot eat it, it's too spicy. The chili recipe changed too. I liked the other chips that came with it, the chips that come with it now suck. I will not be going to Wendy's anymore. Don't know people have to change things.

Went through drive thru to get breakfast and the food quality was great, not too greasy and tasted great too. They were fast to make it for us so we could be on our way.

The restaurant was filthy. Every table had not been wiped down between customers. Couldn't find a clean table. Food and trash on the floor. Hamburger was not made fresh and overcooked. No management to complain to. Told an employee who acted like she could care less, and no one came into the dining room to clean even after I complained. Food is way too expensive considering the condition of the food and restaurant.

They are very bad at having orders ready in an acceptable manner. I personally had one employee walk out on break in the middle of the order I was there to pick up. I waited 30 mins for it to be ready. This is Not Acceptable. And it is not a one-time occurrence.

For a newer Wendy’s, we were very disappointed to find that there were no change tables in either the women’s or men’s bathrooms. The tables in the main dining area were also covered with crumbs.

Otherwise, staff were efficient and food was as expected.

Maple Grove Modified Baseball

Arrived at a busy time of the evening and was told we were the 3rd sports team back to back to back and the restaurant was operating near capacity. The staff was very friendly and efficient serving my baseball team and a few families that came with us amongst other customers. Thank you to the staff and the gentleman who was managing the restaurant. Our time of visit was 5/27/25 between 7:30 and 8:30 p.m.
