Pulled up at 9:20 on a Friday night and they ran to the door and locked up. We had seven girls on a bus coming home starving and they refused us. Manager was chilling in her car as we tried to walk through the drive through and started yelling they were short handed as she sat in the parking lot. Stay away from this place. Post Covid customer service at its finest.

The chicken ranch wrap is what I got and the chicken tasted odd and chewy one of the 3 that was ordered. The fries and nuggets are were pretty good tho.

Would have put zero stars if they allowed me to. Never did get to place an order. They only had us & 1 customer at the drivethru but couldn't be bothered to take an order. Finally had to leave.

Wanted to get some quick dinner tonight but guess fast food isn’t as fast as it used to be ordered my food then got asked to pull forward waited for 25+ min and watched them serve another 10+ cars before they finally brought out the food just to get home and have no dipping sauce for any of my multiple orders of nuggets.

Service emphasis seems to be drive thru over walk-ins. Only one staffer was handling the order counter on top of other tasks, so ordering was very slow. They really should allocate two for customer service at the counter.

Friendly staff at both in Jamestown and Falconer NY. Sandwiches were cold 🥶 and the French fries were too salty to eat from my order at the Falconer store.

They are advertised to be open until 2:00 am but after I got out of work and pulled into the drive thru at 1:25 am the lady comes over the speaker telling me they were closed for the night. Ummm excuse me you’re supposed to be open for another 35 mins. Don’t advertise that you’re open to a certain time if you’re not going to be open til that time. I was beyond angry. This happened on September 7th after the working the bills game.
