They are very bad at having orders ready in an acceptable manner. I personally had one employee walk out on break in the middle of the order I was there to pick up. I waited 30 mins for it to be ready. This is Not Acceptable. And it is not a one-time occurrence.

Maple Grove Modified Baseball
Arrived at a busy time of the evening and was told we were the 3rd sports team back to back to back and the restaurant was operating near capacity. The staff was very friendly and efficient serving my baseball team and a few families that came with us amongst other customers. Thank you to the staff and the gentleman who was managing the restaurant. Our time of visit was 5/27/25 between 7:30 and 8:30 p.m.

Had to verify the location, ensure that this was in response to my experiences at the Fredonia/ Dunkirk location. first of all is fairly newly remodeled (as in within the last 5-10 years) so it has still maintained an efficiently clean establishment. My interactions with employees have always (pretty sure I can say that) been enjoyable, at least, not negative!
