When there was a problem with our order that made it arrive very late, Justin made it right for us.

If you're looking for sweet wines, look no further! Foxy red in particular has been my favorite sweet red for years.

Worst Ordering Experience and Customer service I have ever had. order was placed Dec 2nd I had reached out all the way I could for updates with no response. Finally received a response. saying my package was shipped. unfortunately I still wont have it in time for a Christmas present! after being told it would arrive in time! waste of time and money!

Bad customer service!! .was a prior wine club member and dropped out because of poor customer service. Decided I would give them another chance, so ordered on black Friday and still haven't received my order. This is the third week. In the meantime ordered from a winery from same area 4 days ago and already got my order. If you want your wine in a reasonable time don't order from here

This was an amazing experience the service was Amazing the wine is ? chefs kiss! If you like a mule ask for the cranberry mule so yummy!!!!

So I had a bus load of people and we stopped at this winery yesterday when I tell you, Justin and his team were wonderful!! we started off our day a little Rocky with our bus being very late and it was just a trickle down effect the winery before this Was so nasty?& very rude to us when we got to Woodbury we were kind of scared to even go in. Justin literally came out to the bus and said we did not have to come in as small groups that we were all welcome. They treated us so good. This is how a business should run , they also had A back area that had a few cornhole boards set up so we took the time out to enjoy a few minutes of that while we were there ,I would recommend if you are out on a wine tour to try some of their yummy wines, especially the peanut butter came with two bottles and I think I already have two bottles here, thumbs up to them.

Justin and Ashley were amazing! Accepting our group after being denied at another location and showing our whole bus great service and a wonderful time! We will definitely be taking move trips out to this location to support this great local business

Woodbury Winery had so many interesting and unique choices of wine outside of the normal offerings. The Zombie Blush, Niagara, and Peanut Butter Cup were some of my favorites. We also learned that they have a bunch of Zombie wines to pay homage to the town of Woodbury in the Walking Dead show. The winery was beautiful and had a wide range of dry, sweet, and specialty wines to choose from as well as slushies. Definitely would come back here!

This is my second time ordering from here. The first time was wonderful. This time...BAD. One June 10th I placed an order of 8 bottles of wine for my event to be held on June 29th. It's been TWO WEEKS and my wine STILL have not arrived. I've called several times. I have not received a tracking nor followup. After a WEEK I was told my wine was leaving out TODAY. It still has not ome. Another week passed. Today I called and was given NO answer why, just... I'll have my boos call you. NO ONE has called. My event is tomorrow and I do not have my wine. VERY disappointed.

You should have up to date hours of operation. We came here and it was closed
