My little one had just endured a very unpleasant doctor’s appointment with a Covid test and much poking and prodding. All she wanted after was a pink lemonade. It’s not on the menu, but the girls at this Dunkin made it happen. They also provided her sad little face with a delightful pink donut and this lovely note! Thank you so much, you girls made our day! 🤍🤍

I ordered off the app. I used my points to get some free food. I only got the food I paid for and they never gave me my food paid for with points. This dunkin wasted my points. I also ordered an iced coffee with butter pecan and vanilla flavor shots and they never put that in my coffee. Just espresso, cream, and sugar. They got my order all wrong. Im not happy at all. Do better dunkin. And learn how to read online orders smh.

I order an egg and cheese croissant and I keep getting English muffin instead , they don’t know how to stir the coffees on top of that. PAY ATTENTION to what prints outs not that hard
