The owner is extremely rude, telling children to "get gone" and throwing money back at them. I have taken my kids there for 18 yrs, not any more!

The perfect little ice cream place! Large servings for fair prices are absolutely worth the short drive from Ithaca.
My girls and I love toads too!! We go any time we have a hankering for ice cream, great place for a pick-me-up, the owner is always so sweet and wonderful and gives my kiddos and I appropriate dollops of ice cream!

Last night my 18 yr old daughter went there. She ordered her ice cream, but apparently Kathy the owner didn't like how she ordered. Kathy gave my daughter her change and said "now be gone"! Seriously?! You are the owner and that's how you talk to someone who has gone there for 18 years? Never again!! We will gladly give our business to the frost cow or the creamery!
