Seating and food was great! They did give me my meat medium well which I asked for just medium, the cook did redo it for me and was very nice and professional about it. The only bad thing about it was the atmosphere which was a bit hot, especially when seated on leather seats and our server Jessie had bit of an attitude. I understand that being a server is tough but at least don’t take out your frustration on customers or have a bad face when serving. Didn’t feel comfortable asking for things from her.

Quite possibly the worst chicken sandwich I've had in a long time! I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with cheddar cheese. I clearly stated no bacon. The chicken was not edible. It was as if they marinated it in baking soda, making the breast hard. The meat was hard. By the time I reached home, the fries were cold, and bacon was on my sandwich. I think I will call for a refund as this meal cost me $20.00 and it ended up in the garbage. I don't think I will eat here for a very long time. If someone from Applebee's reads this, please contact me!

My son came here with his class during a school trip, he ordered a crispy chicken burger, he got a ham, cheese and bacon burger instead. My son and his teacher both confronted the waiter that he got the wrong order, the waiter did not do anything ignored them; they totally disregarded the fact that the order was wrong. Extremely disappointed in such service especially towards kids during a school trip. My son end up not having anything to eat and left.

The service and consistency that you would expect from your neighborhood Applebee's. Very pleasant waiter and staff. Food was well cooked and tasty. Would definitely come back again.

Kid-friendliness: 10 and 12 year old enjoyed their dinner, menu provides good choices

There was a French fry in my daughter's yogurt. Spoiled the whole dinner for her ....the manager did take the kids meal off of the bill.

What’s up with the packer? They didn’t close the lid. The drink spilled all over my car before I even left the lot. Thankfully the food was in a plastic container.
