Cute and ReasonableI stumbled upon this lash extension place by accident and I'm soooo glad I did. They are reasonable, timely and organized and the lashes last me about 3weeks. The facility is cleans chic and the service is always prompt. My longest set took about an hour! Def recommend

I write this review with GREAT sadness in my heart. The price is going up but the quality is going down ! As well was the training level of the new ppl brought in. I have been coming here to this establishment after itOpened but originally was a loyal member to its flushing location. The last time I came my eyes were burned thee entire time ! My eyes were stuck together, my lashes were glued together all of them which cause many of my eyelashes to come out. I absolutely loved this place NOT ANYMORE ! Furthermore if your changing your prices when ppl call in. You don’t not make them aware of the new pricing while they make appointments but bombard them. I just got my eyelashes done this morning. Eyes burned thee entire time & my eye lashes look like I went to the cheapest place they look ridiculous. It’s not the same lash or length. Also your customers are not to be paying the taxes your refusing to pay but you to have the machine to take card payments. We’re not uneducated ppl here and it’s a sin and a disgrace that customers are ho have been coming here for years now are experiencing the same thing. The way my eyelashes look like I went into a random place that specializes in nails and do lashes in the back harming ppl with nail glue on there nails. I just referred so many ppl here but unfortunately it’s not worth it & it’s actually harmful. You can blind someone ! And your taxing ppl! Nobody has a problem paying more for quality work and equipment. By the way lashes whole sale are very cheap and the ratio to what you charge already is outlandish. I am a former lash technician from before this place opened. I will not be returning. This is sad. This is outrageous. And the ppl who own this store are now more concerned with $$ than when they first opened trust me. I watched techs come and go. DONT COME HERE. Pls there’s lash places all over worth your hard earned money. It’s a recession no one rich or poor wants to pay 80+ for anything worth 10-12$ . Pls do better or close down you are going to loose all your customers. This is the most I ever paid in myLife since here or the other location yet this is the worst they look and feel and my eyes are burning. That’s a sin

Please stay away from this place. I only get the 40 lash special because I don't want to lose my real lashes. I recently went to this location and I should have listened to my gut not gone. They placed me with an inexperienced technician who stacked 4 fake lashes on top of my real lash. It was too heavy. I left the location by 6 pm and by 7 pm 5 lashes fell out. I called the company immediately to report the problem. The man that answered the telephone said there was nothing he could do. I demanded that someone fix it. He agreed that I could come in the next day and fix the lashes. What a big mistake. I went the next day, and the other lash tech attempted to repair the terrible job done the night before. She attempted to remove the lashes. Unfortunately, she pulled my lashes so hard, I screamed and tapped her hand letting her know she is too rough. Fast forward, I arrive home and 4 of my lashes were glued together to the false lash and fell right out! I called the company to complain and they agreed to fix the lashes. At this point, I just wanted the lashes off. I went in to remove them and to my surprise my real lashes are shorter and damaged. I pointed it out to the lash tech and she insisted that I should wash my face and it will look normal. Smh.Stay away from this place. I will never return here again!!!Service: Eyelash extensions

Fiona is fantastic. She was recommended by a friend and I'll only ever go to her! I have blonde, short eyelashes, and downturned eye corners. She worked with me to make sure the eyelashes lifted my eyes and always fixed or added a lash to my preference (I'm picky). I always feel beautiful leaving the salon. I also found that wearing a formed sleeping mask that protects the lashes helps them last even 4-5 weeks. Even at the 4 week mark I still get compliments on them!
