Terrible customer service with less than avg bagels. If you’re so miserable don’t work here. The attitude from the 2 workers is why your ratings suck. Never again.

Spoiled cream cheese. Orders not correct. Spoiled tuna. It's always something with this place. Shame on me for giving them more chances.

Ordered bagel and lox. Basically they take the dark ends of the smoked salmon and put them inside the lox spread, makes the taste bitter.

There hasn’t been one time I’ve been there where the staff hasn’t been rude

Bought 4 bagels to go. First, they were not fresh (@ 7:45 am). All were uneven which makes making a sandwich challenging. Since they reopened the bagels haven’t been the same quality. The coffee is excellent.

Bagel Oasis is a neighborhood institution. We love the bagels, twists and bialys. They offer a good assortment of cream cheese varieties. Still good after all these years.

I placed an order through Seamless on November 7, 2024, for a toasted pumpernickel bagel with cream cheese, pure leaf tea and a pineapple salad on the side. For starters, it took longer than I was told through the app. Second, they sent me a rye bagel instead of a pumpernickel bagel with a smear of cream cheese and no utensils or napkins even though I checked it off in the app as an option. Furthermore, I even called the store shortly after, I received the delivery to let them know of their mistake and instead of apologizing, he put me on hold for a while, and got back on the phone annoyed and said that was their pumpernickel bagel which clearly was a rye bagel. Pumpernickel bagels are dark brown and kind of sweet which I did not get. If this is their version of a pumpernickel bagel, then they need to follow a better/correct recipe. I will never order from here again and will stick to Slim Bagels where they know the difference between a rye and a pumpernickel bagel!

I had the plain bagel with cream cheese and sliced nova— a classic combo that’s hard to beat. The chewy bagel, creamy spread, and silky, savory salmon create a balanced, satisfying bite, perfect for breakfast or brunch. Simple, fresh, and delicious. It was very testy.
