I came in to make an order with this being my first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings, they were really helpful and patient. The store is clean and appears new. I ordered the orange chicken and Lemon pepper wings (Traditional)

Tried to order a chicken sandwich at 1130 and was told they stop making sandwiches early. Just so I could pay 5 dollars extra for a wing bundle instead. The chicken sandwich bundle is the cheapest on the menu

As soon as I walked in it felt like I was a bother to the grouchy girl at the register .

I felt like I got scammed. Service is decent.

I ordered 6 wings pc. for $12 and small fries for $5. I wanted Thai curry for the wings but noticed later that the sauce is Teriyaki. I didn't let that bother me because, hey maybe teriyaki was gunna hit different. Nah, It tasted very salty...almost like teriyaki you can buy at any supermarket with high sodium content.

The wings itself were suprisingly small, like 2.5 - 3 inches. I thought wow, at least it's going to be fresh and tender...Aaand it wasn't. It was hard to chew on and dry.
You can tell the meat was frozen because it lacked that chicken game too. So all I tasted was salty Teriyaki sauce on crispy skin without the chicken.

The fries were okay, it was good with salt and pepper. It's just 5 bucks for a small quanitity of fries and its small size is just not worth 5 bucks. Arby's is like 3 bucks and it is a great portion and size.

So I spent 19$, gave them a dollar tip. So $20 for just one person. Let me tell you what you can get for $20. There's three spots nearby this place and it's fresh and ironically cheaper. Sup thai lunch special, Chipotle burrito/bowl, and Subway sandwich.

If you do decide to check this place out...I hope you had a better experience than I did. I truly mean that.

I order in the evening and the food is always delicious and on time. Tariq guy is very chill and attentive, and if you're craving burgers, he's your guy

TERRIBLE service. Don’t come here, can’t even get an order right . Spent 70$ on an order only to receive wings no sauce, no sides. French fries no ketchup, a wrap with no sauce. You’re better off going to the only location worth going too, 20th Ave. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

Walking through the doors seems to automatically annoy the poorly trained staff members who can’t help but to be very rude and to communicate with attitude. You’d think a newly opened location would start off with good welcoming energy. I don’t recommend coming here.

Unfortunately I have to make this review And hopefully this place upgrades the customer services.... I don't have any complaints about the food but it is so disgusting when the clerk talk the clients with an attitude and nasty way to communicate they should be train better to be able to attend and communicate with the clients.

Very rude staff at a brand new location. No greeting whatsoever when you walk in and just in general very rude service. The cheeseburger was actually very good potato wedges and beer battered onion rings were also very good. We got takeout and when we got back to work we realized they didn’t put any ketchup in for our potato wedges, which was a disappointment. I think the store has potential but definitely need to get More customer service driven employees to run it.
