This Dunkin makes their food very poorly. I have came here multiple times and every time I order hash browns they are always old. I noticed that they pre make their hash browns at the start of the day and when you order them no matter what time it is they will give you those old hash browns. They always taste stale. As a food business they shouldn’t be doing this as no other Dunkin does this. I should not have to be paying for old food.

Donuts are notably smaller with less frosting than other DDs in the neighborhood, but flavor is standard. I’ve ordered multiple times throughout the year from this location and have consistently been disappointed by their presentation (see pictures). I would recommend getting better quality donuts from DD on 168th St and Union Turnpike or Bell blvd location instead.

I recently had the most appalling experience at Dunkin' Donuts and I feel compelled to share my experience so that others can avoid this place. The service was absolutely disgusting and the server was incredibly rude. When my order was finally ready, the server literally threw my food into the bag and then aggressively shoved it into my hands.
This is not how you treat customers! Such behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I was shocked and felt utterly disrespected. The server should be fired or at the very least, written up for such terrible conduct.
I will never go back to this Dunkin' Donuts and I strongly advise others to avoid this place as well. There are plenty of other coffee shops where you will be treated with the respect and courtesy that every customer deserves. Dunkin' Donuts needs to seriously reconsider their hiring and training practices if this is the kind of service they deem acceptable. ( Rating : 0 ) NO STARS
