I am surprised by how Dunkin’s service has decliened. Staff was wearing earbuds and talking over the phone when she was taking customers’ order. The food is wrong for my order. A smashed croissant is not a muffin. It is crazy that there is no single person cares.

One of the worst Dunkin Donuts in NY. AM workers will point you towards a kiosk because they don’t want to take your order, and then have a problem with the customer if the order is wrong. They’re consistently rude and act like they’re doing you a service by taking your order or making your drink.

This Dunkin makes their food very poorly. I have came here multiple times and every time I order hash browns they are always old. I noticed that they pre make their hash browns at the start of the day and when you order them no matter what time it is they will give you those old hash browns. They always taste stale. As a food business they shouldn’t be doing this as no other Dunkin does this. I should not have to be paying for old food.

Donuts are notably smaller with less frosting than other DDs in the neighborhood, but flavor is standard. I’ve ordered multiple times throughout the year from this location and have consistently been disappointed by their presentation (see pictures). I would recommend getting better quality donuts from DD on 168th St and Union Turnpike or Bell blvd location instead.
Food & drink were good, service was OK. Donuts shrunk in size, higher cost. Drink lacked taste, less ingredients.
