Drinks makers (female) are very rude with customers and co-workers. Some reason Bagels are very hard to bite. Tastes like rubbery. Due to rude customer service, a lot of people were just walking out from the store.

I recently had the most appalling experience at Dunkin' Donuts and I feel compelled to share my experience so that others can avoid this place. The service was absolutely disgusting and the server was incredibly rude. When my order was finally ready, the server literally threw my food into the bag and then aggressively shoved it into my hands.
This is not how you treat customers! Such behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I was shocked and felt utterly disrespected. The server should be fired or at the very least, written up for such terrible conduct.
I will never go back to this Dunkin' Donuts and I strongly advise others to avoid this place as well. There are plenty of other coffee shops where you will be treated with the respect and courtesy that every customer deserves. Dunkin' Donuts needs to seriously reconsider their hiring and training practices if this is the kind of service they deem acceptable. ( Rating : 0 ) NO STARS

This is our first time at this location. I like Dunkin. Price is right and still can afford my bagels and donuts. Love there ice coffee. Not a fan of Star Bucks coffee or whatever fancy drinks they have. I like an old fashioned coffee taste. Star Bucks don't do donuts. So sorry Star Bucks.
They would have received 4 stars but for some reason this location does not sell vanilla or chocolate cream donuts.

My mother and I came in, the chubby hispanic employee gave us attitude while taking out order. Then we got our small coffee and it was MILK. we complained to him and asked him to remake it as there seemed to be no coffee in it. He started arguing and telling us how he put “2 milk” in but we order small dunkin coffee all the time and it never looks WHITE. Then he finally agreed to remake it but AFTER arguing with us, so we reused and dumped out the coffee instead. Horrible staff, horrible service. never going back.
