My mother and I came in, the chubby hispanic employee gave us attitude while taking out order. Then we got our small coffee and it was MILK. we complained to him and asked him to remake it as there seemed to be no coffee in it. He started arguing and telling us how he put “2 milk” in but we order small dunkin coffee all the time and it never looks WHITE. Then he finally agreed to remake it but AFTER arguing with us, so we reused and dumped out the coffee instead. Horrible staff, horrible service. never going back.

I ordered a drink and a muffin on the App to this Dunkin Donut and of course paid on the App- when I went to pick it up, lady tells me they don't have the muffin I ordered, and asks me to pick a donut. What?!? I paid for a muffin (which I think costs more) but she tells me to select a donut. What kind of business does that?!

This store continues to mess up my orders. First time (holiday season) they screwed up my order of 'Christmas Blend' coffee that had a promotion on it, and entered it as some holiday latte that cost 4x as much. Second time (a week ago) I ordered a 'Cold Brew with Cold Foam' and an iced tea via app. They made two identical drinks that tasted like regular iced coffee with cold foam, and gave me attitude when I told them about it while making an iced tea for me. Finally, this morning I placed an online order for an 'Iced Coffee with Less Ice' and got the amount of ice in the picture below...

Coffee at this DD is hit or miss. Sometimes it's spot on. Other times it's like "did I order this???" Staff is nice.

I asked them to watch their language. Why are they allowed to use this kind of language in front of customers. One guy is Alex. The other is a skinny guy.
