This is the first time i’ve tried dunkin’ donuts wanted to see why everyone likes it. Mind you I just recently came from England so we don’t have this chain store there. The morning staff ladies were so awful and rude and was screaming at me I was new to it but A little kindness does not hurt i think one of the ladies name was najwa? she did not give me right order and was very rude about it.

Bro, Don't put people at service who does pan, the whole mouth is red and Don't even speak basic English, no hi no bye, no thanks, just cold hearted , the level of hate is to the limit where they don't even look at you while giving you the order.

The Guy named nuru was very rude to customers. One of the worst service. I was on my way from newark to LI .i stopped in this dunkin for a oreoshake and i asked for the restroom. He said no and kind of rude.

Horrible service. Was kept waiting for 30 minutes for my drinks to be made and nobody else was in the store. Severely understaffed and my drinks were disgusting. I had to wait 30 minutes for my order to be taken while they took their sweet time make my drinks. Not to mention when I asked them to fix my drink a little, they started talking about me right in front of my face. Do not recommend, there are better places.

We ordered three drinks through the drive-thru, but one of them was made incorrectly. When we politely asked to confirm the order, the employee responded rudely, saying, “I know how to make drinks.” This kind of attitude toward customers is unacceptable and made the experience very unpleasant.

This Dunkin is terrible during late hours. I used to love coming here. Lately, the workers are only claiming they accept cash, that the ice cream section is closed, and one worker refused to serve us shakes as his coworker said in the background “tell them no” when we asked them if they could make shakes. There is no consistency to what type of payment they have and what they serve at late hours.

The guy told me to wait for my order multiple times AND he got my order completely wrong?? Also I waited SO long for my order just to find out he didn’t even put my order in. Did he even go through training like how do u even mess the most basic step….THEN he placed my friends order that was finished on the other side of the counter so she had to overreach for it and for SOME GOD UNKNOWN REASON the workers started touching the rim of my friend’s coffee cup for MINUTES. THERE were fingerprints on them LIKE BRO IM NOT SHARING

Literally all I asked for was a caramel latte, and somehow they give me a plain coffee with no flavor. Honestly how hard is it really smh. I didn't taste it til I'd driven away of course, 6 dollars for what?
