Every time I have ordered from this Dunkin, there are things missing or completely wrong. I don’t know these people formally, but from what I have experienced when ordering from here, I have learned that these people are incompetent and have 0 ability to be able to think about what they are doing throughout their day. There has never been a time where I have gotten a perfect order, which sets my thoughts in stone. Literally don’t even know why these people are allowed to get paid anything close to what they get for doing nothing. They are working with their eyes crossed and drool coming out of their mouth.

I bought a $20 gift card from this store today. The receipt showed that they charged 20 dollars. After checking the bank app, I found that they actually charged 24 dollars.
This place is disgusting, especially the service. Makes my order wrong, gives a ridiculous attitude, meanwhile. Missed 3 of the ingredients that I've asked for and purposely overflowed my drink. Threw my drink out on the spot for them to see. Never again dunkin at this place

This was by far the worst service i have ever had. start off by the freaking workers not only where they sold disrespectful. They did not wanna take anybody’s order and I was forced to wait for 20 minutes straight. When they finally were out my food was poorly. The food was not cooked whatsoever. when I told him about it, they did apologize but then they gave me one just as bad. to mention the disrespect that they give to elders and cops. This poor sweet old man want to use the bathroom Was denied I was truly starstruck star and I did not expect this from a place do better and find better workers cause this is actually disgusting and I will not be coming back.
