The entire staff is so slow … I dread coming here especially the drive through cause I literally wait in front of the teleprompter and they make us wait for at least 10mins before they even take our order … then I wait in the window for about 15 mins when they only have 1 worker running the store the register and the drive thru the donuts are always stale no matter time of day. It sucks cause this place so close to home but it’s so inconvenient that I rather drive 10 to 15 minutes out of my way to a different Dunkin’ Donuts because I know the food will be fresher and the service will be quicker

A 24-7 Drive Thru, With A Friendly Latina Lady. She Has My Coffee Ready In Under 2-3 Minutes. It HELPS Especially Around The End Of My Taxi Shift At 4:00am. When, I Need To Stay Awake, Alert, & Cautious Enough To Make It From Fresh Meadows To Port Washington, Safely. God Bless Her & That 24-Hour Dunkin' Donuts Drive-Thru.... 🙏😇👍💯🙏 She Should Get A Raise.... I Don't Know Why They Only Have 3.3 Star Rating In Google. They Will Have My Repeat Business. Every Other Dunkin' Donuts Is Closed After 8:00 Or 9:00pm. I Even Added Them As A Favorite Location In My Waze. Good For Future Return Trips. Awesome Customer Service....!!!!

Hire more people!! This Dunkin always seems to be under staffed, drive thru is constantly overwhelmed with a simple order. I have been shorted hash browns multiple times.

The rudest people. The staff completely ignores you. They only care about the drive through and sweeping. Everytime I go, no one looks at me, no one takes my order. There are no manners, no thank you. If you order online, you have to ask 100 times if it’s ready because they put it in a spot where you can’t reach it.

absolute hell of a place. the only thing brewed here was bad attitude. disgusting attitude and zero manners. my brother-in-law literally just asked if they do decaf in the offer and the guy started getting rude, saying “it doesn’t work like that” with an attitude like we asked him for a loan. there’s a nicer way to speak to people. no need to act like your dad owns the place.
i’m assuming they didn’t realise we’re bengali too, because one of the workers (black shirt, chubby, silver chain, buzzcut, darker skin) was whispering and saying “does he think i’m dumb” while looking right at us. completely unprofessional and unnecessary.
could’ve been handled so easily if they just said “sorry we don’t do decaf in the offer.” instead they got defensive and started talking down to us for no reason. genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences i’ve seen and honestly, seeing other reviews makes sense now. shocking behaviour for people who can’t even answer a simple question.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. I came in with an offer that said “coffee” and simply asked what my options were and the staff looked at me like I was speaking another language. One even said I “might not be able to get decaf.” Seriously? How does that even make sense? I’ve worked at Dunkin’ for over 10 years, and it’s honestly embarrassing how clueless and rude this crew was. The Thursday night shift had this fake “in charge” attitude like they owned the place, but couldn’t even answer a basic question. Zero customer service, zero common sense, and zero effort. It’s sad to see Dunkin’ hiring people who clearly don’t care about their job or customers. Wish I could give this place zero stars.

i ordered a strawberry dragonfruit refresher and i received a dirt refresher.i waited 20 minutes just to not get a refresher and it was not crowded at all and the worker laughed at my face when i told her to change the drink

Rudest most brainless cashier named Nazwa. She forgot my drink 2x and tried to make up for it by remaking my drink to a medium that tasted SO bad. Never coming here again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

This morning at 7:14 AM, I placed a mobile order at the Dunkin' Donuts located at 6120 Fresh Meadow Lane. Upon my arrival five minutes later, I found my order ticket unattended on the counter. When I informed the employee at the front counter that I was there to pick up my order, she acknowledged it but then proceeded to kneel on the counter to clean a wall, leaving my order unfulfilled. Another customer entered, and she shifted her focus to take his order, preparing it while my order continued to sit idle. After waiting ten minutes, I expressed my frustration, as I needed to take my son to work. This incident actually made him late. It took an additional five minutes for her to finally prepare my coffees, despite the presence of three other employees who were not attending to my order and with no one in the drive-thru. This experience raises questions about the service I received, particularly as I am a woman of color, and it left me feeling disrespected and disappointed. I frequent this establishment and have always been polite, yet this incident forced me to react in a way that is not typical for me. Waiting nearly 15 minutes for a mobile order when there were no other customers is simply unacceptable, and I am left feeling disheartened by the microaggressions I perceived during my visit.

Definitely one of the not so great Dunkin locations out here in Queens. The service was fast but the food was burned and the drink was made completely wrong. When I pointed out that's not how the drink is suppose to look (completely different color and even taste), they dismissed it saying that's how it's always been.
