I don't know where all these negative reviews are coming from. I lived here all my life and ordered from them. They are consistently good and never disappoint. Their newer staff is really nice over the phone too. I don't know what people would expect from a Chinese food place in NYC. It's fast food and their prices and quality are good. No one has ever been rude to me and I've been ordering from them for years, since they opened.. also, I've never waited...
