This use to be a good Burger spot. For awhile now its service has been going dwn hill. B prepared to repeat ur phone order cause U'll b talking to 2 ppl whn making ordering. Smetimes sandwiches come out alil sloopy. Also cooking area floor is always messy.
I went with my younger brother, and the friendly staff gave us a bag and told us to bring a lot of peanuts, so I felt really good~

I have been there so many times and the food is always delicious. They are too rude to their customers. When I have gone there for pike, my food was never ready and I had to wait for a very long time to have it. But their behavior towards customers was just rude. Management should address this issue immediately in order to avoid losing their customer. Thank you.

My favorite is their cheeseburger, it's very tasty and rich. But one time when I went to order food, the black waitress discriminated against me and deliberately refused to give me change. Fortunately, her attitude was much better the next time I went there.

Surprised with the prices!! TheVeggie sandwich was nothing special, bacon hotdog for 8.39? And the cajun fries was just the regular fries mixed with cajun powder!! Will stick with Mcdonalds and Popeyes!!

WorstWe had great experience and delicious foods in the other Five-Guy at little neck last week. So we decided to go to Five-Guy again for dinner this time. This one was the closest one. OMG. the fries, cold and soggy. The hamburgers, all three of them, loose, wet and soggy. They seems were right out of the sink, not oven. We had them and none of us felt had the dinner.
