I've been coming here for a while now and this halal spot never disappoints. It's more expensive that the carts you see around NYC but they also give you more food.
They are the only place that I've seen that does spicy rice and it's really good.
There is paid two hour parking outside (but you can probably get away with not paying if you're just in and out)

Ordered a chicken platter on Uber eats but the chicken had gone bad, absolutely disgusting. Felt sick after the first bite. Prior to this, ordered other items and staff forgot items. When ordering hungry and at late nite, it is a huge inconvenience to get missing order, or worse, MEAT GONE BAD that results in FOOD POISONING!! At this point I'll never order again, along with filing a FDA/USDA complaint for selling bad meat.

I’ve been going to Halal Munchies on and off for about 5 years. It’s close to home and the food is decent, the service has never been great. 80% of the time I go there, the staff looks like they don’t want to be there. Yesterday was my last straw. My husband got 2 lamb gyros from there. The place is about 5 minutes from my house. My husband, ordered at the restaurant, he said the guy that assembled the gyros did not want to be there. Anyway my husband got home and he immediately began to eat it. The gyro was cold, the pita bread had burn marks, was hard and cold. We were so upset, we took a few bites and threw it out.
