Great food with new items on the menu. Our Server Lana was amazing. Her service and hospitality was Great! I am so gald to have her as our server! She had great energy and smiled throughout out stay and checked on our table consistently. Thank you Lana

Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!

I love hooters. Wings, tater tots and drinks while watching sports **chefs kiss** sometimes the service can be a bit slow but it’s doable. They recently are implementing unlimited wings Monday to Wednesday for $14 which is a steal!!

So today was raining and they move us inside and no promos inside, I guess but we can’t control the weather and also was their destination cuz they can’t serve the food outside but anyways, the server was so slow, we order a pitcher and she never bring the pitcher to the table, but ofc it was on the bill, she then goes to change the bill and apparently the manager has to check to see if that was true.. We were waiting for way too long just to change something in the bill and also for our drinks, her actitud was also so annoying, it’s nothing compared to the hooters customer service cuz she is not. Allinson was below par on her customer service !

I had a horrible experience at the bar. I was went into hooters thinking I was going to drink a beer or two while waiting for friends to arrive. Once I asked for the first drink of water which is required by law to be given at any food establishment in NYC, I was asked to leave because the main female bartender assumed that I wasn’t going to get anything but water. When she said that I had to go if I wasn’t going to order anything I was completely turned off at the atmosphere and left not causing a scene and not even a minute later it poured down heavy rain and I got soaked through my clothes. I am not a happy customer after that experience.

Charmaine was an amazing server, person. She made my birthday fun. Thank you ❤️ The food was great, had a double burger with barbecue sauce and waffle fries.

Hooters food esp. the Wings are the best thing about this restaurant. Other than that, the service was sub par. The prima donnas are slow and walk around indifferent. They act like they are doing you a favor when you request something.

The atmosphere was completely dead. I was there on a Friday afternoon. The restaurant only had approximately 3 girls (in uniform) working there. Long sleeves in the middle of July?! It wasn’t busy at all when I was there. My waitress did a great job in brining my food & drink in a timely fashion & getting me a refill, but lacked any social skills. At the most the guys at the bar were getting some attention.

The wings were ok, not what I was expecting. I thought that I was getting naked wings & got BBQ sauce on them instead. I ate half, paid, then left in a hurry. I’m never returning to this Hooters location.

So I walked in to make. To-go order nd the bartender was chit chatting with these 2 customers to the point where I felt like I was interrupting there time. Personal convos are for personal settings not the bar , and at that speaking of work nd other customers. Not one time did she ask me m I ok would I like a water or drink while I wait. I love the wings here just not the service when the bartender is not focused on the bar. Twice me nd the guy across from me both locked eyes inna (sheesh) kinda way.

Our bartender Kayla was sweet and a badass. She was taking care of everyone and it was pretty busy.
