This is my go to bakery for work events. I typically come to get full sized cakes and it always tastes fresh and delicious. My favorite is the chocolate mousse but my coworkers loved the fruit tart and Italian birthday cake as well.

Unnecessary amount of attitude from workers when asked for simple request. Too many workers lollygagging instead of focusing on customer service. I don’t think it’s such a big ask to have people control facial expressions. You don’t need to have a stank face when asked for something so small.

I ordered a Birthday cake with a photo on top Oreo this cake was so amazing the picture was perfect and the cake was very good this establishment gets a A-1 rating outstanding work I recommend this place to anyone Thank you guys so much for making the Birthday girl so happy

I've been going to Lulu's since 2012 @ their old location. I have purchased birthday cakes for my loved ones year after year, but this Jan 2026 I bought a Mocha cake (standard cake they make and have on display) and it was quite aweful. The icy was hard and sugary and the chocolate sponge cake was also hard. It felt as if I bought it from a supermarket bakery......not Lulu's. What a disappointment it was to serve it to my guests.
I visited Lulu’s Bakery to get a cake for my dad’s birthday. When I asked a young female employee about the ingredients in a cake I wasn’t familiar with, she responded “I’m helping someone” in a very dismissive tone. She then stood there for several minutes while her customer decided what to order—time during which she could have easily answered a simple question. The interaction made me feel ignored and unwelcome, so I chose not to ask further questions and went with a cake I already knew, from another employee. Customer service and basic hospitality were clearly lacking, which was disappointing for a special occasion.

This was my first time visiting Lulu Bakery after seeing many good reviews. The cookies, cupcakes, and cakes all looked very appealing. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. I was waiting in line to pay when the cashier told me she was helping another customer behind me and asked me to wait, even though I arrived first. The interaction felt impolite and rude, which took away from the overall experience.
