I was really hesitant because of the bad reviews but I’m glad I ordered. The chicken and broccoli was delicious as was the house special chow fun. I ordered online and the lady called me on the phone to reconfirm the order for pickup and told me how long it would take. When I got there, the food was ready. It was all a very cordial and pleasant transaction.

I am very disgusted at this place. You might have a bad day but you should not take it out on me. Lady do you know that a lot of Chinese restaurants and others use the same plastic bag around your area?What happened was I came in and show her the name of the order. She gave me the ?️, there were at least two bags on the counter. After receiving the bag I was looking for the customers name to verify the order. There were none. So I ask if there's more than one order with the same bag. It can get mix up. She said is my job to label it.... Thing when south from there. I just took the ?️ on the counter and wrote on the bag and left.Let me say it . You can put food into the wrong bag , or can lead to missing items. Which could lead to bad customers experience. Is does me and you no good. I was kind enough to point but got a slap instead. I think ? they are just too cheap to print the ? out and or label it.

Call to place a delivery order and when the person on the phone told me the cost, I questioned it due the prices on the menu I have. I explained that my menu prices were still lower and then she began yelling at me saying she didn’t know where I got my menu from because they change their prices every two years. I explained that I picked up the menu a few weeks ago when I in the area. She then demanded to know if I still wanted to order. To which is a resounding NO. We choose where we spend our dollars and if we want to reconfirm prices due to a discrepancy, how dare they get an attitude. No problem, I will take my dollars elsewhere.Parking: I rescinded my order. To hell with them

Try this place since my usual one is closed for renovations. Found the process to be easy. The shrimp dumplings were amazing. Also the ribs to be large and meaty. The rest were great too. Will be ordering here again

they overcook their main dishes a bit. the taste is good but it's a texture thing. the crab rangoon is v good. it all is delivered quick, hot, and nicely packaged. so it's fine overall if you're in the area but I'd play it safe for main dishes and go somewhere elseVegetarian options: lot of veggie options.

Food used to be great & plentiful. Been ordering here for several years. Now; portions decreased, prices increased drastically & the food doesn't taste that good anymore. I don't think it's worth ordering. ?

I’ve been a regular here for years and this place is becoming a huge disappointment. I recently got a delivery from here and they switched to a new delivery guy. New guy speaks absolutely no english. Slammed my doorbell hard multiple times and was angry that i didn’t pick up his phone call when there wasn’t even a reason to call me. As soon as i opened the door, the delivery guy refused to give me my food and proceeded to point at the phone number on the receipt and tried to make a complaint. All he did was glare at me and the receipt back and forth since he couldn’t communicate LOL. I was generous enough to even tip him but he just snatched the money from me and walked away. Really hope the new guy is a temporary replacement and they bring the younger delivery guy back. Cause at this point, the food quality doesn’t match up to it’s price and having terrible customer service will only lose loyal customers.
