Food was great, unfortunately service was not. We are a party of 15 and even though we made a reservation we had to wait over 30 minutes for a table, and once we got sat we were rushed. The waitress went as far as asking us several times if we needed a “to go box” while half of the party was still eating. While the prices are good, I would not recommend if it is supposed to be an important occasion, considering it’s my friends birthday.

I am a regular customer but tonight I was very very disappointed. I went for Hibachi and I order a steak to go. Hibachi was find and when I got the steak dinner to go there was staples in the food . Lucky my granddaughter did not eat it but their dad did and went to the hospital because of the staple he eat in the food. I kept calling them and no one is picking up the phone. I kept calling calling and as usual no one pick up. Tomorrow I will try again/.
Can someone please call me back

I went to Nikko Hibachi today and left very disappointed. I came in just to get a kani salad, which is one of my favorite things to order anywhere. What I got was basically just a pile of cucumbers. No joke, it was about 90% cucumber and barely any crab meat at all. I wish I took a picture because it was ridiculous. If that’s what they’re calling a kani salad now, they should just rename it cucumber salad.
I’ve had kani salad at plenty of other places and this was by far the worst, not because of taste but because it wasn’t even the real thing. It honestly felt like a scam and I won’t be coming back.

An alternative from my regular Benihana experience. Close to home with a fun vibe and attentive staff. Love the sake in the watergun as a new trick. Flavorful food and good vibes.

One of the worst meals I’ve ever had. The salmon teriyaki, which comes with only steamed vegetables and white rice for $25, is not worth trying. Whenever I crave salmon, I usually order from Umi Sushi next to this restaurant. This time, I decided to try this place to see how their food tastes, and I was disappointed — I’m never ordering from here again

Middle class environment and you need will need to be on that level to appreciate the fresh foods and very flavorful meals. Everything tastes authentic and delicious. Seafood. Sushi and all the food is tasty and delicious. The drinks are so yummy. It’s one of the greater Hibachi restaurants and we’ve visited several in NYC & LI. We’ve been eating her for many years and will continue to. a lot of the staff from
St. John’s U and medical professionals in the area enjoy meals here too. Don’t listen to low end negative comments.
I visit this establishment on occasion when I want to take my wife out somewhere nice, but intimate. If we are going out to enjoy each other's company and have fun, we join a hibachi table. If we are going out to have a romantic evening, we get a booth. Service is fast and friendly, while the food is prepared fast and is delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
