Called to have some food delivered and the lady on the phone was super rude and defensive for no reason when all I did was ask a simple question. So at that point I canceled my entire order because I simply refuse to give business when the customer service is terrible and when i'm being barked as if I weren't a paying customer. Good riddens.
Ordered a Salmon Lover which costs almost $17 and the salmon arrived frozen. I called the restaurant to inform them and was advised to wait an hour to eat the meal I ordered. What kind of restaurant would send out food that is still frozen and on top of that advise the customer to delay eating the food so it can thaw? Food went in the garbage and this restaurant just lost a customer.
