I placed an order on uber eats for wings and a 20z soda got my wings but they forgot my soda when I called to inform the store, Steve apologized and sent out an upgraded 2 liter with their delivery driver.he also called back to make sure I received the soda very good customer service

Track now it says ready but when you go inside for pick they always will tell you not ready yet wait for another 10 min. Doesn't make any sense. If its not ready please dont show in the system its ready.
