The only one that cares about the service is the owner. The staff could care less. The tables are not wiped down regularly. When I was eating they were
not wiped down at all.

Food so good I ate it and forgot to take a picture. The food is definitely worth it, and fresh, someone found a sticker and that just proves they mash fresh avocados.

I ordered the chicken burrito and got food poisoning. Started throwing up right after a few bites. Never going back. This location needs to be reported to the Department of Health.
I ordered on uber eats and the food was made sloppy and the portion they sent was so small my 3 year old could have eaten it by herself. It was more beans than rice. This place was recommended to me by a friend and I was very disappointed and will not order from here again.

Ordered a bowl through DoorDash specifying that I wanted both rice and NO BEANS. Whoever made my bowl can't read because although the tag on my bowl even stated my correct order, I got NO RICE and BOTH BEANS. Who orders a regular bowl with no rice and both beans? I also have a severe allergy to beans. Had no issues in the past ordering online from other locations, and this was my first time ordering from here. Will never do that again.
I stop by this restaurant I use to always stop in at least 3 times a month, today I regret coming in. First off every last one of the young ladies serving customers had no smile not welcoming at all. Had attitudes that was unreal. I will never come back never . Not a hello good afternoon how can I help you absolutely nothing . Just straight faces not treating customers nicely at all. Horrible staff . It was absolutely one of my worst experiences at a fast food place . Not sure if they were just treating me like that but they couple behind me came out the restaurant with me and said the same thing , all of the young ladies was extremely nasty and rude. No worries I will never spend my money here again . If this is a franchise the company needs to know about how the customer service is and the way the management knows there are reviews that a horrible about the service. I will investigate if this is a franchise because it’s making the other great location look bad .

Disappointed and Concerned
I usually enjoy Qdoba, but today’s experience was unacceptable. I ordered a chicken/pork bowl with guacamole and was shocked to find a produce sticker—yes, an actual avocado sticker—mixed into my food. It’s hard to believe something like that could make it past prep. This isn’t just gross—it’s a serious food safety oversight. Makes me question how carefully anything is handled in the kitchen. Definitely lost my appetite and confidence in this location.

Super fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. Super fast. Lower prices than other fast food options and chipotle. Much better quality. I wish there were more in Brooklyn.
