My name is Yara, and I want to say that we originally loved Qdoba and enjoyed eating your food. However, today my friend and I ordered burritos with queso and chips, and while my friend was eating her burrito, she found a piece of plastic inside it. This is extremely dangerous and terrifying, and we both could have been seriously hurt or even killed. Finding glass in food is completely unacceptable and a major safety issue. Please check your ingredients and make sure your workers are properly preparing food because this is disgusting, careless, and a serious choking hazard.

I love qdobe but make my husband go order for me since im pregnant and don’t want to go thru a bad experience. Food is great even tho they serve less food than 1 year ago. The staff is the problem. My husband orders and they put corn which he did not want and the server had to walk away, and a new person served my husband. Was it really that big of a deal that she had to walk away? I think this is basic when dealing with customer service. They need training.

The service was really friendly, the place was very clean and welcoming. However, I found the freezing cold guacamole and tomatoes ruined the chicken burrito bowl and the rice and chicken did not have enough flavor at all.

Great stop before the movies On our way to AMC Flushing Meadows, we arrived a little early and decided to try QDOBA Mexican Eats.
Parking was easy—lots of free spaces right in front on Sunday. Inside, while waiting in line to order, I went to the restroom, which was clean and had no issues.
We enjoyed the delicious food and even took a few pictures to share. It was a smooth and pleasant stop before heading to the movie.
I highly recommend this place for a quick and tasty meal.

Disappointing Experience The food portions were really small for the price — definitely not worth what they charge. On top of that, the servers had a bad attitude and seemed like they didn’t want to be there. I expected much better service and value. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

The staff need to fix their attitudes, and you need to check your bag to make sure they give you everything paid for. I've had missing items that I had paid for, and every time without fail the staff are always miserable.
10/25/25 I ordered one Burrito last evening and they charged me $22. I made the mistake of not asking for the receipt. I realize this once I was home. I will never return here. Quac Time is the place to go. The older guy at the register.🤯
Food is tasty everytime i ordered. However the young man making the bowls seems to make the bowls for certain people smaller. I was standing right next to the person ordering after me, and ordering the same 'bowl'. It was much higher than mind. 😏😏
