This has been here forever and I'll come here as long as they're open. I used to be a customer back when I was a student at FLHS, and 10 years later, I still come here for a traditional Cantonese breakfast meal. I mean, if ya know, ya know. My highlight is they prefer breakfast meals all day ♥️ which can satisfy my craving at anytime. I always order to go because they're pretty packed and it's always nicely packed.Update July 2022: still going strong. Love the Cantonese breakfasts.

Don’t go early morning for bread. They might place day before bread. I bought 3 pieces of bread and they were taste NO fresh.

Pricey... Tea costs more than Sandwich.
Great tea place, with a range of tea choices and good pricing.
The tea here is one of the nicer much more perfected tea and milk tea stores in town.
