I made an order online, and we received a partial order. When I called the resturant to resolve the problem, she representative that answered was not helpful. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was put on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. When I called back, I was put on hold again, waiting.i tried again after 30 minutes and was able to speak to a manager. I explained the situation and that I was not able to pick up the food because I was home alone with little kids....
