I was at the location in Fultonville, New York for breakfast. I had a deal that included a small coffee. I simply asked if I could substitute for a soda. She said they would charge me $.60 for a soda. I said I did not want to buy a soda for $.60 And then I asked the manager why couldn’t they swap it out and she got very short and rude with me and it escalated from there she was very nasty. Her name is Jessica. She is very unprofessional. I took a picture of one of the employees dropping cheese on the floor and Kicking a tray of buns that were sitting on the floor out of her way. They were all very rude to me. All I wanted was a soda instead of a coffee and they were nasty. I will never come back to this location again and I hope you find somebody to take care of that so-called manager

$15 for two big fish sandwiches, you would think for that kind of money I would get fresh fried fish patties not ones that are so old that they should've been in the dumpster, that's were I threw them, not very good service either

I would give negative stars if I could. I went thru the drive thru. Sat for 15 minutes before even hearing from anyone. Didn't even take my order. Manager says it's busy. We'll the 2 cars in front of me were long gone. I went inside to see how (busy) they were. No one at the counter. I hope they change their staff or something. Better training.

In my 40 years, I've never had a burnt whopper until now. This location should try serving fresh food and getting orders correct. Burger and fries seem to have been sitting for a while. It's usually not good when your order is ready before you even pour your drink.

In front of where food is ordered there is a smell of rotten water. A strong smell of dirty water. The soft drink area had dirty water on the floor and the strong smell came from that place. The floor and the soda machine completely dirty. Where is the management. For less than that they close a small restaurant. It's too unpleasant. I don't know why they didn't close the BK.
