I waited 35 minutes to place my order and it never came!!!!! I just left. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! This place is not for people who want to eat quickly or are in a hurry. Not only will you waste a lot of time, you won't even eat. From now on, I will never go to Burger King again, McDonald's is probably better

I had a terrible experience with the Burger King app. I placed an order and received the wrong food. When I complained, they only refunded half the amount as a credit instead of fixing the full issue. To make things worse, the app stopped working, so I couldn’t even use the credit, and by the time I tried again the offer had already expired. This is completely unfair and shows very poor customer service. If Burger King values its customers, they need to fix their app and provide proper refunds instead of making people jump through hoops.

So I go to this BK all the time. I have a 15% discount card that they have taken ever since I started going there. Tonight I went there and the girl working the window (Kayla) I think her name was told me she can’t take the card. Then she wanted to argue with me about the location of the Kingsboro avenue BK in Gloversville, when I helped build it and know exactly where it is. She proceeded to tell me that the Kingsboro ave BK was the one on 5th avenue in Gloversville. It is what it is but, I probably won’t be back because of the whole attitude.

Haven’t been to a Burger King in a long time. VERY happy I made the stop here. I arrived early afternoon and was greeted by a very pleasant worker in the drive-thru. When I got up to the window my food was ready and waiting.
Everything was hot and fresh! Had the Strawberry Nerds frozen drink that was suggested too me and it was awesome! Sweet and sour. Yum!

I definitely will be coming back to this location.

I stopped here on a road trip to grab a quick lunch. When I went in the place smelled like urine. I figured it was just the bathrooms so I ordered my food and went back to my car to eat. My burger was burnt, completely black on the sides, but I was hungry so I ate the middle. To no one's surprise I got food poisoning and spent the evening vomiting.
