I live in Amsterdam but go to this location because of how much better it is. I've never had an ordered messed up. I always got what I asked for and they actually fill everything to the top. I get nachos with extra beef and it's wonderful how much they give. I should've taken a picture, will get one next time!

Don't open intime register person and really all the people have no energy all monotone conversation. Always seems to be an issue with thier supply so t have this or that. Just simply don't seem to care.

830 am and was told by employee that they wouldn't open for another 30 minutes. They're supposed to be open at 7am!!! This isn't the first time I've had a problem at this location. If they advertise that they open at 7am, let's be open at 7am!! For the record, the Pilot truck stop that the taco bell is located in is great. They had computer issues themselves this morning where the shower system was down, but they manually opened showers for drivers. They went above and beyond.

Was out of half of what was needed to make anything ordered 7-layer burrito but had no tomato no guacamole and was told still frozen off there truck but was still charged for 7-layer instead of 5-layer

Teenager with red hair was on her phone instead of taking orders. I asked if someone could take my order. She said not with that attitude. I knocked on the table before that and she didn’t get off her phone that’s why I raised my voice to make she could hear hiding in the prep station.

Took almost 45 minutes to get one order. It was almost as though the workers were either trying to be slow or they were surprised to be working. And then, once we got our order, it was somehow wrong. Save yourself the time and avoid this place.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. There were two orders in front of us, it took them over 30 minutes to complete them and ours. Then, didn’t get all the items we ordered and the messed up what we did get. The dysfunction is mind boggling.
