Teenager with red hair was on her phone instead of taking orders. I asked if someone could take my order. She said not with that attitude. I knocked on the table before that and she didn’t get off her phone that’s why I raised my voice to make she could hear hiding in the prep station. July 19, 2025. 7:45pm. Took almost 45 minutes to get one order. It was almost as though the workers were either trying to be slow or they were surprised to be working. And then, once we got our order, it was somehow wrong. Save yourself the time and avoid this place.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. There were two orders in front of us, it took them over 30 minutes to complete them and ours. Then, didn’t get all the items we ordered and the messed up what we did get. The dysfunction is mind boggling.

It's taco bell. If you hate ordering feom a kiosk they will still take your order. Eventually. Prices are way to high. Used to be ok food at a great price. Foods still ok but I can go to a Mexican restaurant for the same price or less for far better food

This Taco Bell doesn’t honor the app for pricing or rewards. For some reason, it’s completely based on different pricing and the menu is even incorrect very confusing. I would rather go to a different fast food joint.
