Made reservations for Thanksgiving turkey dinner. Called from out of state to ask a few questions and was greeted by a professional and informative host. Full preplanned meal was a lot of food for a great price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The meal was outstanding with plenty of leftovers. The atmosphere was very nice and charming. It's worth the trip, highly recommend, and will return.
Was invited to dinner by friends during racing season. Steak Diane was very tender and Coquille St Jaques (scallops with shrimp app) was delicious. French Red wine was fabulous. Finished with Bananas Foster and Crepes Suzette dessert that was flambayed at our table. GREAT NIGHT!
The Filet of Sole Almandine was amazing but I was disappointed with the Les Escargots au Beurre. They were out of shell and over saturated. Growing up on the Iberian peninsula, we tend to serve snails sans 90% of what was on that dish. I tried being adventurous and ordered Ris de Veau (sautéed sweet bread). My mistake. Wow! I didn’t expect such a gamey/organ taste. My fault. Another table guest tried and said they were perfect. I always thought I could enjoy any food. Guess...
