This location is usually busy due to its location and most of the time I have a good experience. But the last time I went there were maybe 3 cars at the drive thru when I parked, and 1 customer ahead of me at the counter. By the time the guy ahead of me was even started to be helped, the last car I saw on the drive thru line was leaving the lot with their order. The fact that they pay more attention to drive thrus than people that walk in is kind of upsetting. But besides that, the coffee is usually good as well as the food. I suggest either taking the drive thru or order ahead.
First time I got mocha drink for matcha, I asked to change and this is the drink I got. (Can barely see the green:)

I can't even give dunkin donuts any stars!!! I get the same thing, no matter what dunkin I go to. I get decaf coffee. They NEVER let the pot run its course, so I either get coffee that will put hair on my chest or watered-down cream. It's disgusting 🤢 either way!!! I'm done going to any DD! And I can't complain because the staff doesn't care and they don't fix it the right way, anyway. So, sitting in my cup holder is 2 cups of disgusting 🤢 coffee that I just paid $3.63 for and still can't drink!!!!! Ps: they made me give them a star, so that I could post this.
