I bounce around many Dunkins and this one has let me down quite a bit. It's so hit or miss, be it food/drink quality, service speed & friendliness or a combination of all elements. I sympathize with the crew during rush hours, yet even when it's dead most don't seem to care about the service they provide customers. Here's to improvement!

Be advised.. This location operates on a FLEX SCHEDULE. Several times recently I have attempted to stop after 7PM. They might be inside with the doors locked or maybe not at all. The advertised hours don't seem to be accurate..

This was a great location. The donuts at this location were big .... they were alot bigger then the donuts in Rochester Ny. This location will definitely be my go to when visiting in Queensbury ny

I just left this location about 3 minutes ago and I am absolutely appalled by the behavior I just saw from the employees at this location. There was a person of color in the car in front of me, and as he pulled away and I pulled up, 2-3 young women and an elderly lady were all laughing, making jokes about him “taking her on a date to 7/11.” It’s absolutely disgusting for me to have to witness racist behavior when I’m just trying to get my morning coffee; which by the way is also almost as disgusting. There is a sign on their speaker that says “training in progress” well if your training is teaching your employees to be openly racist in front of paying customers, and serve them burnt coffee, all while not saying a word to the patron, then congratulations, you’re doing a great job!

Dunkin products get 5 stars, but the service and the weight not so much.It depends on where you are but unfortunately they are all short staffed

This location is usually busy due to its location and most of the time I have a good experience. But the last time I went there were maybe 3 cars at the drive thru when I parked, and 1 customer ahead of me at the counter. By the time the guy ahead of me was even started to be helped, the last car I saw on the drive thru line was leaving the lot with their order. The fact that they pay more attention to drive thrus than people that walk in is kind of upsetting. But besides that, the coffee is usually good as well as the food. I suggest either taking the drive thru or order ahead.
