I like their bread and sandwiches - their breakfast sandwich is to die for! I also like their chai tea! But what makes me come back is the sense of community there and the support for the arts. I've noticed they go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and at ease. They are kind and ethical in all these little ways that add up to something amazing. They are a major support to musicians and artists who are growing - between their thursday night music night to their friday night open mike - and they put different artists work up on the walls. It's a special place with a lot of heart (and yummy food and drink)! I'm thankful they are around.

Excellent vegan sticky bun with hot black coffee. Also some peppermint tea and gluten free sweet potato chips for my lovely partner. We’re just popping in after a wonderful visit to the historic Hyde Collection in beautiful Glens Falls New York! Stop and see the fantastic works of Renoir, el Greco, Botticelli, Rubens, Rembrandt , Picasso many and other precious works going back to the 14th century. What a perfect rainy day treat!!!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, vegan.

I recently tried several lunch items at Rockhill bakery and loved everything! They’ve done an amazing job making vegan options flavorful and healthy. The baked goods are absolutely amazing as well as their vegan cookie dough. The staff were very friendly and the cafe is a very relaxed vibe. I can’t wait to go back and will definitely be dining here frequently!
I love the breads but the pastries, cookies and muffins are NOT good. Whatever vegan fat they are using is producing a bad flavor and doughy muffin. I know they use traditional methods but they have to get a better tasting vegan solid fat for the products.

I went there Saturday and there was a mishap with my order. It was busy so I understood and would have just been happy just getting my food, but they went above and beyond to fix the issue! My food was delicious and loved my cinnamon roll. The sourdough loaf I bought makes really good sandwiches too.
A few years ago, I convinced my very carnivorous family to try rockhills vegan pizza. They were skeptical at first, but decided it was worth a try bc they were familiar with the bakery's famous bread. To my surprise, they LOVED it. It was the first mysterious vegan dish my mom gave a try and it really opened her up to eating vegan food. My parents were fascinated with the cheese and even asked the workers how it was made. Rockhill bakery has been a staple for us ever since (we have it every time I visit home from Chicago). Thats how good this pizza was. Key word: *was*. We went yesterday and to our great despair, they changed their uncannily flavorful and, well, cheese-like cheese with what i can only describe as silly putty. Literally. This stuff didnt even melt in your mouth. It just snapped into smaller pieces as you chew. It honestly looked like brains and it had the texture to match. Please, bring the old cheese back and memory-hole the new one. Burn all the inventory that was used to make this monstrosity before it evolves into a conscious organism and seeks revenge for bringing it into its miserable existence. Then have the men in black come in and erase everyone’s memory up until the exact moment BEFORE someone had the bright idea to write up the recipe that almost started COVID-23. All the other food was decent though and the staff were lovely. We also saw this cute dog there (attached)

They serve amazing food here. Everything is vegan. They have a great variety. Sandwiches, soups, chili, salads, pizzas, Italian food, Indian food, a great selection of homemade breads. There is also a bakery section with their own cookies and pastries. For lunch, we opted for the delicious chick’n wings served with dipping sauce, the Mimi Reuben on their own toasted bread, the veggie sandwich, both served with pickle or potato salad or chips. We brought home 3 loaves of their bread. Everything was absolutely delicious.Can’t wait to go back there!
I live in Massachusetts Have not visited NY state I can see by the photos and website it's about the quality like rise above bakery in Greenfield ma. NY state is very big with alot of nice places lots to offer. Rents vary with area.
