Went for a meeting, the appetizer was bigger than the steak/main course with 2 asparagus shoots and 5 tiny potatoes. Desert was a crushed piece of apple pie which was so disappointing after hearing how wonderful this place was.

One of my favorite restaurants when going to Saratoga. If you are a horse racing buff you will love all the memorabilia. Excellent food. Picture of appetizer I had last evening. Baked brie with fig, nuts and honey. Just wonderful. Our dinners were excellent as well.

We actually had our wedding reception there 15 years ago, and we were celebrating our anniversary. The service and food were great as always. The waiter gave us complimentary champagne to toast our anniversary, which was an amazing touch. We absolutely love The Wishing Well and are always satisfied with each visit.

It was our first time here, as my bf wanted to do somwthing nice for our anniversary. Loved the old charm character and the food was amazing! The waiter we had was top notch! Will definitely go back for big celebrations or anniversaries.

We went to celebrate our anniversary and from our host to everyone that came to the table - each person stopped to wish a happy anniversary. The menu had a nice variety of options and our chosen meals were well presented and delicious. Service was timely and friendly. I would recommend this restaurant for any special occasion meal or a "nice" date night.

This was our first time having dinner at the Wishing Well. It was our anniversary so we wanted an upscale restaurant. We were not disappointed. We started with the pate - a generous portion and it was excellent with all of the accoutrements. For dinner my husband got the braised short ribs served over polenta The short ribs melted in your mouth, and were so tasty. I ordered the 8 oz filet mignon au poivre. It was served over mashed potatoes and asparagus. Again, the meat melted in your mouth. cooked perfectly medium rare. At about 5:30 a man began playing the piano and singing, setting the mood. We will be back for a special occasion!
