Where do I even begin? My recent visit to Brooklyn wing house was nothing short of a disaster. Let's start with the fact that I had to wait a whopping 30 minutes just to get my food. And what did I receive after all that patience? Overpriced, mediocre wings that tasted like they were reheated from yesterday's leftovers. Don't even get me started on the fries – they were a sad excuse for a side dish, tasting more like cardboard than anything resembling a potato. Not to mention they were playing different music in the kitchen from the front they were overlapping to make a not so pleasant hearing experience . The people in the back were singing so loud I couldn’t hear myself think. Save your time and money, folks. There are far better wing joints out there where you won't feel like you're being robbed for subpar food and service."

Wow. I'm not sure how I didn't know about this place sooner. I will be back for sure. I ordered a lot between my sister and I. My jerk wings fire ! The Rasta pasta fireeeeee. BUT my oxtail empanadas . Just wow. The Mac & cheese balls are good too. I just think there is nothing you can order from here that you won't enjoy. Great food !

The wings are great and empanadas....but service omg!! needs to work on lol...I came with kids and the girl at the counter was rude af taking the order...she seemed bored and had headphones in her ears ..then my kids and I wanted to sit and eat the food but they had no paper plates or utensils available apparently....and she was making a big deal to give my kids a paper box to eat in and said the owner at the back would have to charge me for it....lost my business and a few friends! don't have time for trashy service when there's lots more wing spots available!

MAN .... How I love wings. REALLY. Lottsa favs ... lemon pepper rub for dry, Parmesan garlic for wet. Combinations are good, but I wish they would allow you to try more flavors. Service is always fine but please note, I get takeout from them only. Ambiance is a nope, which is why I get takeout only, lol. Definitely try them for chicken. Pretty sure they compete w/Wing Stop but again, it's all about personal preference.

I ordered takeout from Brooklyn Wing House after seeing their Instagram page. The food in the pictures looked soooo good! But, unfortunately it did not live up to the hype. The wings were enormous and did not taste fully cooked. The salmon salad I ordered for my husband was okay, but it was essentially just one of those really pre made salads you can get at a deli place with a piece of salmon plopped on top. I had the salmon over yellow rice, which was tasty. But for the price I think it should have included a vegetable. The frozen rum punches were pretty good. I had high hopes for this place but I don't think I will be back.

I had THE BEST experience during my recent visit. It was my first time so of course I had a few questions before I made my final decision and Tierra was right there to help make my experience enjoyable. She exceeded my expectations, was knowledgeable & made me feel welcomed. I look forward to frequent this location all because of her. She’s a great asset to this establishment—& not to mention the music selection and all of my food was ON POINT!! I will highly recommend ?

I drove all the way to Brooklyn from Long Island on a Friday night and got excellent food, service and it was ?. It was so good that the next day I went to the Garden City location after reading the reviews. The lady taking my order had such a nasty attitude. It’s like asking for sauce for your wings just boils her blood. She made the experience unworthy. The food was nothing to brag about #PositiveEnergyBringsPositiveResults
Came here last week and First let me say the customer service was excellent very friendly cashier not sure why people are complaining about the service. But the food?! Sheesh ya lied to me yelp wings were soggy and i ate them right away in my car i was parked in the front. I understand wings get soggy when it gets delivered or you wait a while but wings were soggy and salty for some odd reason the sauce selections were okay nothing WOW'd me Restaurant was cold also. Brooklyn wing house you need to do better this can't be it. Also I only gave a 3 star because the service was good. But none the less good luck guys. -Mister Wing Man!

Terrible experience. Pre-ordered wings for the Super Bowl for a 5:30 pm pickup on Super Bowl Sunday. Showed up at 5;45pm to pick up and there’s 20 people online and complete chaos in the store. A man comes storming back from the front and tells everyone they’re currently on 4:30 pm orders. Needless to say superbowl party ruined. Had a $200 plus order and no food. Nobody controlling the line, nobody giving information. All grub hub orders were cancelled as well as there were many angry people complaining about those orders. Like where is management or the owner to help these poor employees out that are getting bombarded by customers from every angle. Terrible experience. Was my favorite Wing place will never go back again

Placed an order at 1.30 pm for a pickup at 5 and never was it ready. Went there 3 times and the order was not ready until 6 pm and then was told they can’t do anything about it. Thanks for an awesome customer
