They refused to refill my reusable Dunkin mug (I had washed it and wished to pay for my refill.) I explained that I was looking to reduce trash. The manager poured coffee in a paper cup and said the solution was for me to put the cup into my mug and toss that in the trash? No environmental consciousness here.
