This is the best Dunkin I've ever seen. The donuts were made so well and they aren't stingy with the glaze at all. Love it

This Dunkin' Donuts if horrible!!! Every other Dunkin I have been too has gotten my drink right except this one. there is a lady here who started screaming at me because she messed up the drink. That lady should be fired. I have never had an issue at a Dunkin' Donuts besides at this one. That lady deserves to be fired.

They refused to refill my reusable Dunkin mug (I had washed it and wished to pay for my refill.) I explained that I was looking to reduce trash. The manager poured coffee in a paper cup and said the solution was for me to put the cup into my mug and toss that in the trash? No environmental consciousness here.

Location, Location, Location, so they say. I am not that fond of this location, but it is busy since it is off busy Jericho Turnpike. The parking is limited, and one must track with GPS where it is located when seeking Dunkin Donuts in that area. The staff is wonderful, and the wait for coffee is short if you order while waiting inside. I wander into Dunkin mostly for their Latte's rather than the other competing cafe. As far as donuts are concerned, I never have them, not because I do not want them, I just avoid them. It is difficult since they are gazing at me. But I do buy them eventually for others.

This place is always busy and the staff is really friendly. They work very hard to get everything right a d to get people out as soon as possible even with all the mobile orders that they get in the morning.
Bagel was hard like it was from yesterday. They couldnt toast their way out of day oldness. Coffee with expresso shot was fantastic.

Mornings here are a zoo! Don't stop in here if you're in a rush. Avocado toast has always been a miss at this location, bread is always super hard :(

A middle aged white guy was the cashier and I repeated my order over 10 times and he still got it wrong, even repeating my order and looked very confused while taking my order which took extremely long.
They don't know how to make coffee here too many
