Terribly run restaurant. They have absolutely no consideration for people who place orders on third party apps (such as UberEats). You can place an order way in advance, and they won’t even BEGIN preparing the order until after you arrive, which obviously defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The manager at this location has to understand that the employees must start preparing mobile orders upon RECEIVING the order in their system, so that the order is ready when it’s supposed to be. Intentionally wasting people’s time should be seen as an issue worth fixing.

The team members were nice but the burger was horrible. The grilled onions weren't cooked all the way and tasted sweet, there was too much ketchup and not enough mayo. It was very dissatisfying and I've never really had a bad burger from Five Guys until now...
