Jersey Mike's Subs

came here and the staff was rude. walked inside was greeted with a stare from the meat slicer who didn’t say a word till i asked if i could order. i asked if i could make my own sandwich and as i was saying my order the guy wasn’t writing anything down. i think he tried memorizing my order but after i was finished telling him he stared at me and he asked if i could repeat my order and THEN he wrote it down. even then he didn’t get the order right because i was missing pepperoni on my sandwich. my friend and i were told our sandwiches were ready and the guy yelling out the order said it wrong and i thought the meats in the sandwiches were wrong and so i asked if these were my sandwiches and corrected him only for him to respond with “yeah that’s what i said” as he slid the sandwiches to me. this is my first time at jersey mikes n i felt like i was at those restaurants where they’re rude to u on purpose.

Awful soggy sandwich with reduced portions! His is my first time in several orders where they clearly either rushed it or didnt care. Unfortunatelt i am one of those people who will never ever ever give a restaurant a 2nd chance when they mess up

RE: owner's response: I'm sorry, but just apologizing and saying you'll take this into account is clique-ish, and OLD. Everyone says that. Why don't you apologize by making doing something NOBODY does, which is offer a discount for a future purchase and promising that future purchase is to my standards? You're just like every other brand in this universe. a COMMODITY.

Great service, as always. Respectful employees are nice when I ask them to change gloves when making my sandwich. Amazing subs!

Very unorganized asked for chicken gave me steak mind you he asked twice and still ended up making steak.

So....never had Jersey Mikes and was meaning to try. So, I finally did, and didn't know what to get. So I guess I did a tiktok trend and ordered what the person in front just ordered. Which was a #26. I should have just gotten tuna. Lol.

Bread not toasted, bread soggy, meat clumped together...and no real flavor. I asked for a little of the pepper spread and my guy just overdid it. Inedible. Literally. 2 bites and straight to the garbage 🏀 🗑.

Also, I should have asked the young lady to make my sandwich, she seemed like she cared. It was this guy, who had my sandwich in his hand the whole time, walking around...like, get the bacon and bring it to my sandwich, don't bring my sandwich to the bacon. I will never go back, or maybe I have to visit a new location.

Bc they were just crazy in there...Great area too, maybe this staff on this day was just bad...weekday after 6pm. They need an adult with them. The Young lady on shift should be the manager of those young boys.

The atmosphere isn't important here. It's basically a take out sub shop, so that is fine. The subs are good, and the service is as well. Friendly staff makes it great.

Out of the million times I come to this place because people want to go to Subway and need commercial food no no I go to Jersey Mike's and eat real food and fresh food this Jersey Mike's there's two Michaels that work here a gentleman named Jadin and another gentleman named Jeff five Star place five Star staff very friendly soon as I walked in they greeted me wished me a happy holidays they asked me how I was doing how my wife was doing because I regular customer and I live about a block away and I just wanted to let the company know that this store is a five-star store food and the freshness of the food is absolutely unbelievable and I wish and hope that you guys keep it up because you guys are the only place that has fresh food like this. Everybody's at works here that I named should definitely be acknowledged for their hard work and friendliness and especially during the holiday season when it's extra busy and extra tough and extra stress cuz you got probably twice the orders but nothing stops the store 5 out of five keep it up guys Happy holidays..... This review I'm writing is officially January 1st 2025 Happy New Year everybody Happy and healthy to everyone.. so I'm going to name the staff that was working when I went in today Marcos Joel Ali Steve Jadin Rob Michelle and the manager of the team and on duty today Michael And I believe Michael is the manager at this location but I want to say that this team did it again I went in today and I got my favorite roast beef sandwiches and I let my family get whatever they want and again they prove that they make everyone else look like they don't even exist you guys did a five-star job freshest bread fresh just meat wonderful vegetables crispy fresh amazing everything tasted like it was made at home it was amazing to have a sandwich like this especially after all the holiday cooking and BS that went on but it was great to come back and see you guys with the new year keep doing what you're doing and keep up the good work.... Went to pick up an order and the staff member in charge just put the bag down and let it fall and walked away, not saying a word. We gave him advice to be more mindful but he just showed us attitude. We spoke to the manager David and he didn’t address anything about the matter, no apology and no comment about the inconvenience.

Jersey Mike's is the best! The staff are very friendly. The place is very clean. The sandwiches are so delicious and fresh. Just had the number 6! My husband John K. Picked up the sandwiches today. Once again thanks to the wonderful staff. Happy hoildays!

I cannot stress this enough. I said twice that I did not want tomatoe on my sandwich. Twice. I’m allergic to tomatoes and in the first bite go into guess what. Tomatoes. Like I’m not even mad honestly I’m just dumbfounded. TWICE Jesus

Everyone was very nice there today. I have been there many times in the past. Very disappointed with the way the place looked today. Tables and floor were a mess. Garbage everywhere. Disappointing.
