Wow, how was this store relatively quiet on a Saturday night. Walked in to order a regular sandwich. The store was so clean and so well kept. The bread, meat, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes were all so fresh and tasted great. The guys behind the counter were so friendly, this won't be the last time I visit this restaurant. What a great experience, Jersey Mike's corporate needs to recognize these 4 guys for a job well done.

My regular size sub was made with 2 slices of cheese, 3 slices of meat and 3 tomatoes. $11 is a lot of money for bread and lettuce. I got no response from the server when I questioned this, as I definitely didn’t get the robust sandwich I’m used to.

Please check your sandwiches before eating them. We found a roach in our sandwich tonight. Unacceptable Jersey Mikes!! From the picture you can see the roach is all sauced up with missing legs. Just disgusting!!!

Beware, the cashier purposely gave me the wrong change thinking I wouldn't notice, when the POS system tells you exactly how much to give back. He also did not provide a receipt, to confirm the amount he charged initially. I just came in to get a quick sandwich, not be robbed of my change.

I refuse to go to any other Jersey Mike’s!
I always get exactly what I came for. My only complaint is that the female employees don’t put enough meat on the sandwich even when you ask for extra and pay for it but they rarely ever make the sandwiches to begin with so all is good

Today 9/4/25 I walked in @ 12:30 and the guy who took my order was awsome. He called out to his team pending orders & upcoming orders. His team on the other hand was a little slow. I wish i had gotten his name..Qudos to him; he should be promoted to manager..

I was just in Jersey Mike’s on Jericho. I wish I had gotten the guy’s name, but I didn’t. I just want to say he was the most polite guy I ever met. I walk with a cane and he put my sandwich in a shopping bag and came and opened up the door for me. He’s the best wish I had gotten his name.
