Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I’m a diabetic and Hrishi P was very accommodating with my needs. The smoothie was great as well and super filling!

I ordered from this place several times. The flavors of smoothies were always good. Once I erroneously ordered from this place, went to a different tropical smoothie and didn't realize it until 2 minutes after store closing. I called the place and someone picked up! He waited for me and I got to enjoy my smoothie that night! I really appreciate that.

When I realized they gave me the wrong smoothie before drinking it I asked them to swap it for a different one and was refused ... these smoothies are mid at best and I wanted a healthier option was given some "fruit" smoothie with no real fruit in it taste like sugar .. do not recommend this location as the people are very rude and don't try and make the customer happy or even the right thing after they make the wrong one

Not the best service. Kid behind the counter was awkward and never asked what side I wanted. Probably not going back

As surgeon I just finished seeing patients at my LI office . So before heading back into city . Was going to the lincoln center , I needed some fuel for my body. And I was running behind. From the moment I walked in . I had my doubts. Employee had their air pods in . And had look of no interest for my order or effort to make my order no personality.
I ordered the peanut butter paradise .
When I got in my car and drove away .
I went to take a sip and it tasted like ice water . Was a large block of ice . Literally.
I was beyond upset and now I'm on the highway . Never again.

Store closing time for garden city park location was at 9pm today. I went to the store at 8:15pm but I was told that they closed the kitchen already. When I asked why closing so early, but they did not have any answer except that we close kitchen 30 minutes before closing time but they are closing kitchen 45 min in advance. What's the point for advertising a specific closing time you close it about an hour earlier.

The mango bacon brie flatbread is absolutely delicious!! My new favorite sandwich. Plus, the smoothies are very flavorful, fruity and refreshing!
