Most awful ran franchise carvel has. They should take control back from the nasty owners. Bought a custom cake, went to pickup at 11 and the night before confirmed 11am pickup. Google says store opens at 11am. Owner didn’t show up until 12, party was over by that time and no cake for my daughter. Owner wasn’t even apologetic. Go to any other carvel, this is the worst carvel franchise I’ve ever dealt with.

this place is disgusting. didn't use gloves, didn't give the right toppings then tried to LIE about it, And shoved his fingers in my icecream, And was very disrespectful when we tried to get him to make a new one. disappointed! He thought giving us the topping for free was an excuse! smh. and kept repeated "oh my goodness" while we were ordering. Do you want to make money or not?

As he’s scooping the ice cream up into the cup he’s getting ice cream from the tub on his hands. Why is he NOT wearing gloves?. Very unsanitary. Threw it out when i got home.

Went into carvel today and as soon as i walked in the worker went straight to the back. Acknowledged me by looking and walked straight to the back. I waited there for 5 minutes and he didn’t come back from the back and didn’t say a word to me at all. Normal customer service would say “one minute please”. I then proceeded to walk out and not give my business to them. Ridiculous.
