Management at this location is very disrespectful and prejudice. Me and my family decided to try this place out for a birthday celebration for my autistic nephew. I understand that not everyone is as accommodating to these things but we waited 30+ mins to be sat on a light Thursday night, even though we had a reservation. Then were told we had to leave the restaurant due to other guests overall experience. It was SO embarrassing the way we were treated. I will NEVER forget this. The manager was very rude and distasteful. He needs serious customer service lessons.

Came to this place after a Sunday church service. Atmosphere was atrocious and the general manager reeks of micro aggressions and savage behavior. The food was bland and flavorless, the silver wear and glasses on the table were stained, and the waiter was hard to find. This place is in serious need of a re-train in customer service and race relations. The “owner” or manager, chased us out of the establishment screaming attempting to provoke an altercation. If you’re a person of color with any self respect… I’d let them enjoy this one to themselves.
I was not very hungry but i did try the fry calamari and some of the cheese on one of the plates and all was good but everyone was very happy with the food and the portion of the meals. There was lots of to-go boxes lol

ITA Kitchen was a wonderful dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is trendy, lively, and beautifully designed, making it a great place for a night out with friends, family, or even a special occasion. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, adding to the overall experience.
The food was absolutely delicious, with beautifully presented dishes and great flavor in every course. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared, and the menu offers a nice variety of Italian favorites with a modern touch. The drinks and desserts were also excellent and made the evening feel even more special.
What really stood out was the fun energy of the restaurant. It has that perfect mix of upscale and comfortable, where you can enjoy a great meal while still having a relaxed, enjoyable evening. Definitely a spot I would return to again. 🍝✨
I was there for Leah’s event everything was on point…. I actually drove from New Jersey to this restaurant sat in traffic but it was worth it for the event! Great time!

Came here for a Sunday date night and was genuinely excited since it wasn’t busy and I was out with my husband.
First, the seating choice was very off-putting. Even though the restaurant was mostly empty, we were placed in the party room while there were plenty of open tables on the main floor. Every other group around us even commented or apologized and seemed just as confused as we were. It really impacted the experience, and because of that, we ended up skipping appetizers, salads, drinks, and dessert and just stuck to dinner. I also didn’t feel comfortable speaking up, especially in a service setting, as I prefer not to risk any awkwardness around food service.
Bartender: excellent. The mojito was perfect.
Server: also excellent—knowledgeable, attentive, and always nearby when needed.
Food: Unfortunately very disappointing. From stale garlic bread to the chicken in my dish had a frozen, rubbery texture and was difficult to cut, which was a big letdown for such a simple meal. A simple Parm Vodka shouldn't ever be disappointing, its 001 skills in the kitchen. It really took away from the experience. On a better note, the stuffed tortellini was actually very good, though the portion felt a bit small for the price but good, esp if you love peppers in your dish.
Overall, for a $90 bill, we won’t be returning. There just wasn’t the level of quality or experience that the place is made out to have.

It was ok for me as I prefer more traditional Italian. But my family LOVED it. The service was great.

If i can give this place 0 stars or even negative 1 i will . I was excited to bring my girlfriend here for mothers day . I had reservations still had to wait , the food was completely horrible & the waiter was not good at his job . I had asked him what do you recommend other than the stuff i picked so i try other new things . I am always open for new , he didnt have no clue . He took about 45 mins to bring out the food & the worst part is he came to check on our table every 30 mins . So we had to keep asking other workers for water . To pay forget about it took another 45 mins . When i got the bill was a waste of 300$ . The worst mothers day you can ask for . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN ITA GO TO KING UMBERTOS A PIZZERIA MAKES THIS PLACES LOOK LIKE SHIT . By the way look at the way the restaurant decorated lol . Let me know if you see one single deco . What a nice mothers day. Now next day me & my girl stomach are upset & we cant go to work thanks ITA

we went with a party of 12 for my birthday and everyone left raving about this place! my family kept asking me where I found it and saying how good it was. I have to agree, our server handled our large party with ease. He was kind and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. looking forward to coming back!

Over priced, small portions. The family style option is just bizarre. NOT RECOMMENDED! The server completely forgot our appetizers. So when our entrées came out, we both were confused. They should be ashamed to call themselves an Italian restaurant. Go to Vincents Clam Bar. Don’t waist your money here.

Nice atmosphere, staff, and great food. The SJ's Veal Chop was insanely good. I added rigatoni pasta with additional sauce. The service was friendly and on point.

This was my 2nd ITA visit. 1st at this location. Spectacular. From the greetings from the hostess to visits from the managers and an amazing server, Julian.
We ordered the sausage and broccoli rabe egg rolls. Very good. Jules Corrozz stupendous.
For dinner. My daughter had pasto pasta with a chicken cutlet which was good.
I was stuck because the salmon and pork chop sounded delicious and when I saw them on other tables I was torn. Then the server told me that the best dish is the short ribs.
So... I had the short ribs. Oh my goodness. Delicious doesnt do it justice. Tender and flavorful.
My daughter loved the Italian Spritz mocktail.
I will be back. Corrozza is a must. And the short ribs will be hard to pass up but. To be honest I cant wait to try something else.
The managers. Gerry (or Jerry) and Whitey were so great. They came to check on us and made sure my daughter (10 years old) and I had the best daddy daughter date

Good was fantastic. Came in on a Monday evening and felt a bit rushed. The restaurant was not packed at all. And I asked the waiter to sing happy birthday to my friend and they never did. Probably not coming back.
