So much I like here and so much I don’t. The food can be brilliant at times, but sometimes average. But it’s almost always the service. Our server was really pleasant, but an order with a change came out wrong. I replaced the baked potatoes w fries. No fries. Of course an offer was made to replace, but I tried one of the potatoes brought out and they were well undercooked. How is that possible? All of the staff was at the bar, all on their phones with their backs turned away. Last time I was here 3 servers were all eating something standing up. That’s somewhat unbelievable to me. I keep coming back because it’s a beautiful setting and a great room. I should just keep it simple and order the burger, (which is amazing ) next time. But I wish the owner set up some boundaries for the staff and that they were more engaged. However, this just seems to be the way it is, but for an apex restaurant with prices to match, they can and should do better.

What a lovely gem, and Hello Dolly! The cauliflower app is delish as are the sauteed greens, french fries, and margaritas. Whatever you do, be sure to order the chocolate pudding whipped cream dessert. The location on the banks of the Hudson River is picturesque and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Great for a special occasion with a terrific view and yummy food. The cocktails are amazing as well. We recommend the veggie burger and the spicy cold noodles!

Really lovely location and special, thoughtful food. Unfortunately, our experience with the service was off putting. When we were halfway through our dessert, a manager approached us with the bill. He said, “As you’ve been told, there is a reservation at 8:00. They’ve been waiting 10 minutes for this table.” We had actually not been told this by anyone. If we had, we would have not ordered dessert and would have left before 8:00 so they could flip the table. We did not finish our dessert. It was a bummer of a way to end the night. The menu and restaurant design are very thoughtful. It’s a shame the service undercuts this effort.

We took our son/cadet to Dolly’s recently. Excellent food (fish sandwich, duck, shrimp and grits, salad, dumplings), fantastic service, great low key atmosphere. Very friendly. As our son is in his first year, we hope to make Dolly’s a regular stop. Thank you. Beat Navy!

Be aware that there is limited parking available for restaurant. It was full, so I parked in metered parking on the other side of the train tracks.

This restaurant is a little treasure. The room, with it's view, the setting and ambience are a pleasure. Our food was very good and the wine selection excellent! Giancarlo and the whole wait staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Great views. We visited for their happy hour. Was a great experience for us. We had a large group and was accommodated very well. Parking can be an issue. You might have to pay for parking at the garrison train station
