DO NOT EAT HERE. This food sent me to the bathroom SICK with diarrhea twice directly after eating the Coyote Bowl. Definitely food poisoning. Had a bad feeling before coming in (restaurant was basically empty) and decided to ignore it because we were so hungry from a hike. I would never eat here again even if I was starving.

During two separate visits, two customers experienced unacceptable delays in placing and receiving their orders, despite the presence of multiple staff members who appeared more interested in socializing than attending to their duties.
This disconnect between the restaurant's inviting atmosphere and the poor service highlights a concerning issue. The restaurant's dedication to celebrating Latin culture is commendable, but such efforts are undermined by a lack of basic customer service.
The experiences of these customers suggest deeper problems with management and staff training. Being made to feel overlooked and undervalued is unacceptable, and these repeated incidents point to a need for immediate improvement. While it's possible that other patrons have had positive experiences, the consistency of these negative experiences indicates a broader issue that needs to be addressed.
