Guacamole al Molcajete
Our guacamole is made in the traditional aztec blender named molcajete which gives a unique touch of flavor. Tableside prepared. Gluten free.
Jalapeno Poppers
A house favorite. Jalapeno peppers stuffed with muenster cheese, breaded and deep fried. Vegetarian.
Empanadas
A house favorite. 2 fried pastry turnovers filled with chicken or beef with shrimp for an additional charge. Also available in vegetarian.
Calamares Fritos
Marinated house seasoned calamari fried. Served with roasted tomatoes, fresh garli and chipotle dipping sauce.
Bocadillos
Mixed sampler platter of cheese nachos. wings, chicken flautas and beef empanadas.

Coyote Nachos
Sloppy nachos. Mounds of chips smothered with beans and cheese, topped with jalapenos, sour cream, guacamole, an red sauce with chicken or ground beef with steak for an additional charge.

Flour tortilla stuffed with pico de gallo and melted cheese. Served with sour cream and guacamole on the side.

Sopa de Pollo
Homemade chicken broth, veggies and chunky white meat.

Black beans with chopped onions, cilantro and hint of sour cream.

Taco Salad

I stopped here on a whim as I was driving by. The coyote sunrise was deliciously refreshing and I’ll be thinking about the shrimp quesadilla for a long time to come—creamy and perfectly seasoned. Bartender was extremely friendly. Loved the music.

Great place! Authentic food, great variety of beer on tap! Loved the selection of music on the background. At the bar you can see big screen TV playing sports like soccer. Overall: great place! Recommending!

We've dined at EL-COYOTE RESTAURANT several times, and we're always impressed with the meals. The food is incredibly authentic and flavorful. The jalapeño poppers are a must-try—unlike anything you've ever tasted! Parking is a breeze, and they offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The decor is vibrant and fun, reflecting the charm of a true family business. We highly recommend EL-COYOTE RESTAURANT to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience!
